KLEEN Preps w/ HGHpro & SWOLE Stack - An Epic Tale of Anabolic Innovation…

Just take some family time, plan some events with the wife, some with the kids. Enjoy yourself, have some fuggin fun!! Then come back a refreshed... with a clear mind and spirit... Hey if we can't do that then it's time to reflect on why we do this in the first place. I love lifting but I love my time off too. Injury can be just a way of saying you've earned a break. If you've earned it then it should feel good...

Sound words of wisdom right there. You have earned a break, take the time, get healed physically and mentally and like DW said, come back hungry for more! We will all use your intensity and let you live vicariously through our battles with the iron.

And don't forget my stage battle... I'll need your support!!

Okay gentlemen. I woke up this morning at 3:50 my back was stiff and without any guilt or question I hopped back in bed snuggled up to the wife and enjoyed a couple more hours of sleep. I won't be lifting again until at least the 24rth of May. I don't really need to worry about losing to much mass even if I take off a month. So I am just going to keep my cardio going and MAYBE some posing just as something different than cardio. If I still feel any pain at all in my elbow by the 24th I will move it out another 2 weeks. I obviously won't be starting my SWOLE+HGHpro+Natadrol stack but will continue my use of HGHpro. It just has so many other benefits besides what it can do for your physique it wouldn't make sense to stop it.

I want to thank everybody for their support during this frustrating time. I think the rest will release some of the frustration, and cardio only will get me closer to that pretty boy look I miss having. LOL It won't be anything intense, just walking like I have been so it shouldn't have any wear on my body.

DW I ain't going anywhere Bro supporting you all the way in!!!

LOL, it's the degree at which I can sympathize with that statement that makes it so funny.

I find it kind of hilarious when I can relate to ish like this. Like when my wife says, "I feel fat today." I usually respond with, "me too." Or when she say's she feels bloated, I always answer, "it happens."

Yeah there is nothing wrong with being a pretty boy. When guys used to call me that I would just smile and tell them their girl thinks so too. I got this baby face, bedroom eyes and ridiculously long eyelashes. I am either going to embrace it or be a self hater.

I am way more into aesthetics than pure size alway will be. I have never really trained for strength either although I have some good lifts on occasion. Yea the I feel fat convo is a common place at the Tucker household. I will be like man I am holding water. LOL Or look at my face it swole from all those carbs...

no you wont lose much muscle at all and it will come back quickly. and in the long run having taken care of the injury you'll progress much faster than if you tried to train around it.

Walking as cardio is underestimated as a source of cardio. A brisk walk can be about 75-80% effective as a more intensive form of exercise. So if you ever want to just walk you can for 45 minutes instead of that 30 minute session on the elliptical or whatever. Walking increases in value if you can find a route with lots of steep hills.

Thanks Gentlemen, I make my hills by walking up and down the bayou bank or on the treadmill with a hill setting. SO the cuts should start once I change cals up a little to adjust for less energy being expended without the lifting. Speaking of walking the family and I are going to do a 3 mile walk-a-thon for my daughter's school raising money for kids to go to school in Africa and get them some shoes. She is so excited to be helping them. Good Stuff!

that's awesome Kleen! let us know if there is anything we can do to help my brother!!

Good stuff there Kleen.:)

Smart choice Kleen. I'm marking the 24th on my calendar; I'll be sure to be motivatin ya when the time comes!

Well we had fun at the walkathon I even ran for about half a mile with my daughter on my shoulders and walked about another mile of it with her up there. Not quite a 70 lb ruck sack but then again not as stable as one either. Made me miss some of the long humping we had to do. Favorite was 28 miles at Fort Benning, man that was awesome. Would have been better in Hi-Techs but the regular boots toughened you up a bit. Trinity got to get on video because we raised $100 dollars. All in all another good lesson for the kids about helping people. They know we aren't wealthy by any means but they are learning there are still ways to help others too. No matter what you have you have got to be grateful for your blessings and aware there are people out there who are a lot worse off!

Smart decision on the resting bro. You are a much wiser then most to take the time off.

Props on the walk and the raising $100. Its so hard to raise money for a good cause sometimes. Ive run fundraiser galore and its like extracting teeth for some people. Props my friend.

Yah that's the kind of thing I was talking about, enjoying the family time, there's so much more to life than lifting and the iron ain't goin anywhere... make the most of your time off...

First, thanks everyone! I love how supportive everyone is here.

Amen, I don't allow my workouts to take away from family time except some Saturday mornings but the kids aren't ready to move around yet when i go to the gym then. Just kind of cartooning it. I do all my workouts either first thing in the morning or at lunch for some of my cardio. Hardly ever will I do a make up workout or whatever after work. It is typically family time even if just vegetating.

Speaking of family time.... MY SON ASKED ME TO MAKE A WORKOUT PROGRAM FOR HIM!!!!! I have never pushed my son to workout any more then he does doing a little cardio in the mornings. I want him to want it for himself. You can not imagine how much that excites me that he came to me and asked. I am going to make him a nice simple program and go in and train him a few days to make sure he knows what he is doing. He wants to get buff over the summer and go back into school with a new more muscular body, and be stronger. I love it! This being my passion it is hard to not want to guide him in that general direction but alas I waited and he came to me. The invitation has always been there as an open invite for him to workout with me or me show him something but never anything I pressed. So now we are gonna take advantage of those hormones and see what happens.

Now that is awesome stuff. Your son must be proud of you.:)

Thanks Pem!

First I am going to start with a first impression of Alpha T2 Targeted Fat Destroyer. Holy Crap! Talk about a thermogenic, this stuff had me pouring sweat from about the two and a half minute mark. I am not talking about the sweating like a good sweat. I mean sweating profusely. Typically while walking the treadmill I have to start wiping my brow about 20 minutes in about ever oh say 7 minutes or so do to sweating running down into my face. I was whiping sweat off of me starting at about 5 minutes in and by 25 minutes in I was wiping my entire head off every 2 minutes tops. It was running down my nose and dripping on the book I was reading.

While in review mode, I will tell you I saw two movies with the wife this weekend. One has been out for a while but if you have not seen Hot Tub Time Machine and were alive in the eighties you have not idea what you are missing. Now admittedly this movie is based on shock comedy so if you aren't into that then don't watch it. However if you don't mind a little grossness or Holy Sh*t type comedy and can let yourself go this one will be a gut buster for you. Next The loveley wife wanted to see Iron Man 2 on mothers day. I have to say that it was definitely better than the first. It had a better story which helped the intensity of the action scenes as to where the first one relied more heavily on action for it's big bang. If you liked the first you will not be let down by the second.

And still in review mode, HGHpro is the friggin BEEZ KNEEZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I will go ahead and tell you all what you already know, it helps the common man sleep well, okay not well, it gives you an amazing nights sleep. As well as great recomp and what not. Well my wife has insomnia pretty bad. She has a recurring refill prescription for her Ambian, and has for a while now. Well she hasn't had to toke her Ambien since getting on the HGHpro. She sleeps all night long, and I mean all night. Even with ambien she would wake up 4-5 times a night and have a hard time falling back asleep. Averaging maybe 3 hours of sleep a night on AMBIEN. So that should give you an idea of how great and deep of a sleep HGHpro is giving her. She is also getting a good bit of fat loss as well, she isn't trying to get big and is taking time off with me from lifting so we can both go back at it hard.

Now for the cardio, I bumped up intensity just a little by increasing the incline on the treadmill the levels go to 10 and I was walking at 3.2 mph and doing 2 minutes at 6 and 4 minutes at 9 alternating back and forth 45 minutes and 500 calories this time around. Yeah I know 3.2 doesn't sound to fast but I don't have the longest gate either… I will probably do 2 a days on cardio just walking, the walks at lunch are just my way of getting out of the office and relieving stress. Plus I get a lil sun which is always nice. I have slimmed up a little already. I lost weight over the weekend and last week but a good amount of this was due to not taking a preworkout so I had not creatine. Although I remedied that this morning.

Injury Report, well at the walkathon I was carrying around a Liter bottle of water just letting it hang from the lip at the top of the bottle between my middle and index finger and about 10 minutes in my tendon started to hurt. That means it is a little worse off than I thought. Due to this I am going to go ahead and say that only my legs will be started back up on the 5-24-10 and my my upper body straight arm movements will start on or around June 7th and doing work with bent arms hopefully by 6-7-10 I will be good to go with some light bent arm exercises. Six weeks seems to be the magic number for tendon injuries. After that a break in period then BOOM it is on suckaz!!!! Smeton made a great point that I will make a lot better progress if I just let this heal instead of working around it. I have made a lot of gains this year only to see them diminish every 6-8 weeks when this flairs up and I have to back off and try to train around it. This whole 2 steps forward 1.5 steps back thing is just not going to cut it anymore. So a full recovery is my biggest concern. My quad is feeling great, my back is feeling somewhat better. I will probably go to the chiro now that it isn't so tender that I feel it can be worked on. That or schedule a deep massage this week. So now that I am in recoverymode I am going to work towards a slow cut. I don't want to lose too much too fast since I won't be building that much. Not too worried about the size thing, I will get it all back very quickly.

I am so happy to hear this is working well for your wife. I also was on Ambien for a long time and have not had to use this drug for a long time now. Working out and these herbal supps have helped alot with this and some stress issues I have had in the past.

You must spread some reps around before hooking up the Pemdawg again!!!

How many in between somebody must know the magic number...

Thanks Pem!

Bustin out review after review like a beast!!! Nice update on the injury report. Sucks to hear something where a little worse then you though but its Good to hear other things are feeling better. Cutting during recovery is a great idea.

Alpha T2 huh? Im already planning on hitting up DCP and OEP on my next cut.( not to mention STOKED AND TESTOPRO!!! WOOOOHHH) Is T2 something i should be looking into?

I think it is 6 or 7 between. I have the same problem with Pem as well!!! lol. Great review(s). My son keeps asking me to teach him to drive. he turns 15 in 2 months. I told him that he had to do 10 pull-ups. Once that is done, despite his age, I would teach him. This has been our deal for 2 years!!! he can still only do about 3-4. But last night I heard him and my 13 year old talking about finding ways to improve. They both want it done by the end of the summer. Nice to see them want it on their own!!
Can't wait to see Iron Man as well... told the kids we had to wait until the house sells. They said what about all the other money??? I had to explain to them that this money is for dad's supps. Not even Iron Man can get to THAT stash!!! lol

Working out with your son is great!! Just ease him into it.. how old is he?

Heard very good things about it.

To date i have been very cautious about supplements containing 3,3 b/c they normally contain 3,5 which suppresses thyroid function and requires a mild PCT of sorts.

If T2 is everything it says it is...then in essence it provides all of the benefits with none of the negatives since they left out the 3,5.

I am quite curious about this supplement.

Here is my nutshell comparison on thermo, I took 2 OEP my second time dosing it then did cardio and sweat about half as much while on a higher carb diet IE more water under the skin. Now I think you all know I was very impressed with OEP so that should give you an idea ofmy first impression of T2. Resolve is running a log on it somewhere to with great results. That is what made me decide to give it a go.

He will be 16 in July. yeah gonna go easy, some assisted dips and chins and machine squats to start for about 3-4 weeks. So he doesn't die from the DOMS and never want to go again.
Great review man
Thanks Bro! Has anyone been to Ed's log and seen his protein shake video, it is a must see!

Tell em to do half reps first until they get to ten then gradually lower them selves further. The half reps will get them used to their weight and allow for the strength and stamina to build. Not like you don't know that already. Or the old jumpup and slowly lower yourself when you cant pull up any more. Besides 12 is the magic number for Airborne anyway.... What are you thinking 10. LOL!!!!!!!

That's thooper thsweet!! Reps for the enthusiastic news if I don't need to spread more reps before repping.

Kleen If you would like I can put together a youth work out plan for your son and send it to you.

I was up late last night and did not get up for cardio today. Tonight is a boys out night, me and my son are going to Hooters for hot wings and hot women. Will go low carb, all wings! Some Glycobol to keep the fat stores shut down then cardio in the morning. I have only eaten 3 times today to hold of for hot wings tonight, not breaded of course.

Unbreaded hot wings....??? This must have been how the Indians felt when they first laid eyes on Cortez and his shiny armor, completely bewildered.

Oh man don't get me wrong i like the breaded ones but the Nekked Hot Wings are just as good if not better as long as you get them extra wet. Wait a minute what are we talking about. Nekked, extra wet somehow that sounds durty unintentionally. ;)

LOL, are they really called Nekked Hot Wings?

and I'm just poking fun, I'm all about modifying foods to suit my diet. Chinese food without rice or noodles are my favorite oxymoron'ish meals.

You aint kidding!!!!! Too bad they put corn starch in a lot of the stuff to thicken the sauces but still. Especially on a cheat day or meal I love going to the buffet and getting pepper steak, or jalapeño chicken, well just about any meat / vegetable dish that is not breaded with no rice.

Hooters calls the wings without breading Naked, but everywhere else down here pretty much sells them without breading only, so they don't have a separate name for that. They are just wings. I love grilled wings even more an some of the fat drips off of them so they aren't as bad.

Sorry for the late update i don't have too much time but I am leaning up. I have dropped a belt size and almost another one. I did 45 minutes on treadmill this morning for 518 cals. I went and walked at lunch for 45 minutes and did 10 wind sprints up the bayou at the end of the walk before coming back to my building. I just felt too good and had to do something.

My father son night at hooters was great i did not eat any carbs other than celery and what was in the wings which was maybe a total of 25 grams for the entire meal. However with fat content that meal was close to 1000 cals. I had the hottest hotwing sauce they had got it extra wet and an order of sauce on the side to dip it in. Talk about thermo, I was dripping sweat from my bald head and enjoying every minute of it. The waitres came by about the 4rth time i wiped the sweat of my head to see if I was okay. I smiled and said I AM IN HEAVEN, I love the heat!

I didn't sleep to well due to being a little over full but that is okay I still feel great today.
