The weights -
Super set Standing Oly Bar Curl and Standing EZ Bar OH triceps ext. Remember guys I prefer my compound movements but trying to give the shoulders a total rest. Either way this was a fast paced trash and smash workout. I trashed my biceps and triceps.
Olympic Barbell Curls - 45x15, 95x12, 95x12, 95x12, 95x6, 65x12, 65x8, 65x3, 65x2
Standing Overhead Triceps Extensions - 75x12, 95x12, 105x12, 115x12, 115x12, 115x10, 95x12, 95x6
Major pump and vascularity. Just for grins I checked and my arms are normally just under 17 inches flexed, they were swole up to 17.5 after I finished the workout. I was also covered in sweat from working out in 90 degree garage man it felt good. I so wanted to work some chest back and shoulders but decided it was better that I wait.
Looked good for my progress pics. Thanks for the tip bro.

You are welcome and you look great man!
Love it! I used to call one of my buddies that. He had the legs that the tear drops hung over his knee instead of sweeping down into the knee so his legs looked so much bigger than mine in longer shorts, even though mine were the same size in the middle and upper thigh.
that's cause you do the work......plus some good supps don't hurt, lol.
Thanks, I do love to do the work. As a matter of fact I am going to be putting 10 plates per side on this week and decided to have the wife record it. Kind of a milestone 20 plates for 12 reps. That is the highest I have been for reps in some time, and last time I went really heavy was like 20 plates and got 8 reps so incase we have a PR on our hands from the 1-Andro I want to record that beyotch.
Agreed! Hard work does pay off!!! Now I just need to convince my legs of this, LoL!
Genetics have always kept my legs decent sized and very lean. Not big just decent so all I had to do was build size.
Nice work so far Kleen. I am just finishing off a AH/AL cycle, hitting my PCT later this week I think. I doubt I am going to bridge anymore.
Looking to see favorable results with your 1-andro cycle as I would love to run it later on.
Also, I like PCT black except for the fact it has Milk thistle (shown to be anti androgenic), and Saw P (which blocks DHT and can sometimes be detrimental to prostate health, even though it is thought to help it, so much literature). How do you like this product? I liked erase, but PCT black is cheaper for that one ingredient, just that it comes with a lot of other things in the pill.
As far as bridging goes this is going to be my last long bridge too. Even though both have been mild products it has been a long time of pushing hard. That and I feel I can easily add 2-3 lbs to whatever I get from the 1-Andro if I had started it fresh instead of following up another PH into this one.
Milk Thistle can have anti-androgenic effects but not at the doses in the PCT Revolution Black, same for the Saw Palmetto yes it can be bad for the prostate but only when your estrogen levels are higher. It does have affinity for the dht receptors but kind of specific to the tissues in the prostate and the mammary glands, and only has a negative effect at high doses that perhaps women may use for breast enlargement but not what is taken for a male trying to avoid prostate issues. Granted I would much rather see Nettle Root as the main ingredient in any support supp but I have no fears of anything negative with the doses in here.
Yes for sure if you are trying to get the same ingredient as in ERASE in a stronger and cheaper way then PCT Revolution Black is good to go. Each dose has 50mg of the active ingredient and ERASE has 25mg per dose. That is SERIOUS ANTI E POWER! Also Finaflex is working to find out exactly how much DAA is needed to increase test levels and it appears it is not a 3 gram requirement. So perhaps the lower dose of DAA in the PCT Rev Black is enough to do something... I know they are looking at some pretty exciting things that could change the way we take DAA for good.
the pro's of those two ingredients far outweigh the con's, imo.
This! It takes excess in these products to cause any issues.
Also, the dosing is far below what most would consider therapeutic dosing. Perhaps I will give it a try on my next cycle.
This as well.
