I Was recently selected to log Olympus Labs new non hormonal supplement called EP1C and this ladies and gentlemen is the start on my EP1C journey!
HT: 6'0
WT: 187
BF: 11%
Bench max to begin : 305
Squat max to begin : 415
Training style: I will be doing a PHAT type training style for my cycle with variations of my own I will add in and take out. Basically I will have the power and hypertrophy days but not the same workouts it suggests.
Diet: I will be taking in 4000 calories with no particular reference to fats. I'm simply trying to get 250 grams of protein and 500 carbs.
Supplement regimen: I will be supplementing a multi, HMB, And fish oil. I'm not going to use a lot with EP1C because I wanna see how it does on it's own!
