Happy Thursday! Got to sleep till 6:20 this morning! Felt good although I dreamt a lot last night. Decided to switch up cardio and try out a barbell complex! I really liked it! Made "cardio" much more fun! Had 1/2 scoop of stimul8 and sipped my BCAA +SAA's. As I've said before, I really enjoy both of these! Love the energy from the stimul8 and it's always nice and quick to kick in. That's huge to me because I don't have time to wait on it to hit me! Gotta keep moving!! lol Barbell Complex Each--45x6, 55x6, 55x6, 45x6, 45x6, 45x6 Stiff legged Deadlifts Hang cleans Front squat OHP Back squat Bent row Rest 45 secs and repeat for 6 rounds Could really tell how sore my shoulders were when doing the OHP so that's why I dropped back down to 45lbs. The rest was fairly easy but I still worked up a good sweat!... this was my first attempt! I'll find a way to make it more intense. SS chin ups and DB swings 8 8, 25x10 8, 25x10 8, 25x10 I was sharing the spot between the pulleys so that's why I added the swings to keep HR up Finished with 10 mins Sprints leaving it on 8-8.5 doing 30 sec intervals

does your gym have some of those jump platforms? I like to drag one of those over to stand on.. im kinda anal about my grip and form so I literally hate jumping up and trying to get my grip just right.

Aerobic steps that you can get the risers for but that's it. It's pretty sad since its a Golds gym! Lol
I use those on smith rows a lot. Fortunately, our bars are all low enough to grab without jumping you just have to tuck your legs.
I think the correct term is "vertically challenge". lolThat's nice! I have to use one of those to jump off of just to reach the bars! I'm a little short! Lol
