Got in a little lunch session. Just a little splash of stimul8 to get the blood pumping ...starting to add chin ups in with cardio/conditioning to help my lats grow!

(Threw a few reg pull ups in each set as well, just switching up the grip)

This morning was a conditioning day! My 13 year old, well her friend, wanted to workout with me. They're out of school today so she spent the night with us. Daughter wasn't too stoked about waking up at 4:30 but we made it. Had a good time. As expected, the friend put much more effort in than my daughter though. I'm so thankful for my stimul8 giving me energy and a good mood to put up with my daughter's laziness! Lol

I got them to warm up on the treadmill while I set everything up.

I took 1/2 scoop of stimul8 this morning mixed with Epic. I've been getting headaches and I think maybe it's just a little too much stimulant on an empty stomach. We will see in an hour or so. Just wanted to play around with things to see. It may be sinus related- who knows! Lol

Thanks guys! Got to sleep till 6:20 today! This time change has my body messed up! Lol I've been waking up around 3 and then 5am today. Usually an hour before I typically wake up! Luckily, I'm able to fall back to sleep within a few mins. I am going after work to get in some cardio/conditioning. Also I found out today that I've been over doing my workouts...volume is too high! No wonder it's so rough! Lol Tomorrow's will be slightly different.
 
If anyone could find a way to overdo an already intense WO it would be you. ;)

Happy Monday! First full week of the workouts the way they're supposed to be! It's still nice an intense but much less taxing overall! My muscles are dead but energy levels are better! I had a cheat meal on Friday which included Salted Caramel gelato!! I tried to eat the whole thing but couldn't do it! Lol Weekend was simple but busy prepping and making cakes. I have 4 orders on top of work, training, and everything else! Haha 2 Single tier, 1 2 tier, and 1 3 tier. Enough about that, on to the fun part....

It really frustrates me that I can't seem to squat near as heavy as I want to and maintain form. Results are what matter- not the numbers (repeating over and over to myself)

Overall this was an awesome workout and could feel a great mind to muscle connection! I love the focus and energy from the stimil8!! I was very nauseous throughout but it tends to happen with the intensity of these workouts! Gonna say again how much I enjoy the BCAA +SAA's as well!! I actually drank some over the weekend! Woke up with a headache on Sat. so I mixed up a bottle of bcaas and some glutamine! Headache was gone in a few mins!! Yay!!

ive used the BCAA/SAAs fopr the exact same thing.. if you add a fat burner with some caffeine and man itll clear out your head well. partially because of the influx of water to hydrate you a bit.

Super excited about my chin ups improving...did full range/no cheating sets with legs held at 45 degrees in front of me

I'm not sure I'm as impressed with the chin up #'s or the ab workout you got doing them with legs at a 45! Gymnast style there!

I find it easier to keep my body still. My abs were burning when I was doing vacuums on the bike too! Lol

Was planning to do abs and calves but a friend of mine collapsed and they were doing CPR on him. All I could do was stand there and pray. He died this morning! They could never get his HR back. Please pray for his wife and children. He was only 48.
