Happy Friday everyone! Off day! (Work) Yay! Slept till 6:20 again this morning! Stayed up a little late last night. Almost 12 before I got to sleep! Weight and inches are down this week so I'm definitely a happy girl! Strength is good if not better! I was able to push more on the deads today. Even had a guy come up as say I was his female hero, when I was doing pull ups. Said my form was spot on, on my deads! Awww so sweet!! >.<
Took 1/2 scoop of stimul8 this morning! Energy and attitude were great all the way through. Even on the stair climber after my workout! Left drenched!!
