Kicking it up a notch with Finaflex Stumul8/BCAA SAA

Happy Friday everyone! Off day! (Work) Yay! Slept till 6:20 again this morning! Stayed up a little late last night. Almost 12 before I got to sleep! Weight and inches are down this week so I'm definitely a happy girl! Strength is good if not better! I was able to push more on the deads today. Even had a guy come up as say I was his female hero, when I was doing pull ups. Said my form was spot on, on my deads! Awww so sweet!! >.<

Took 1/2 scoop of stimul8 this morning! Energy and attitude were great all the way through. Even on the stair climber after my workout! Left drenched!!

Good morning and happy Monday guys and gals! Nice simple weekend! Had a friend, who's a dog trainer, come over and work with our dogs. We have to get more consistent working with them! My big one LOVES to sprint out of the house and run away! We also found a fresh fish market with sushi grade fish!!! Had salmon last night for dinner! It tasted amazing! Now, our sushi making skills were not quite what you'd call impressive but more like a sushi salad per say! Hahaha

Had a scoop of the BCAA + SAA's about an hour or so afterwards! This stuff is just great! Taste great and helps a ton with my recovery! I usually get extremely sore but soreness has been much more tolerable!!

On the BCAA's I'm finding drinking them pre, intra, and then in the evening prior to cardio to really be beneficial!

Good morning! Last day of work for the week! Woohoo! We had crab cakes for dinner last night! Haven't made them at home in forever! It was quite yummy!! Also made bread for the dressing with enough left over dough for 2 pans of rolls and an extra loaf of bread!! Wow, did it make a ton or what? Next time, I may cut the recipe in half! Lol Luckily, it's a fairly healthy recipe.

Went for conditioning this morning! My lower back and calves cramped up pretty bad! Not at the same time though, thankfully! Lol Overall, a nice quick way to burn almost 600 calories! (Missed having my hr monitor) I took 1/4-1/3 scoop of stimul8 and it had me dripping this morning!! Man, is this stuff crazy or what??!! ;p Love it!

I was a little nervous when I went to bed last night because I was getting pretty stiff. Ostarine and Ghenerate both help so much with recovery along with my BCAA + SAA's. I managed to get an odd pain/crick in my neck after the lay raises. Guess I was straining a bit too much! Lol

It was per hubby's request so I'd be home the rest of the day. It actually wasn't as hard as I thought it would be after going to bed @ 12...gym was empty too so that was nice! Thank you! I hope you have a great weekend too and feel better!

I love my early times too because the equipment is all free. Downside is I have to rerack EVERYTHING from the night-timers. Grr.

Wife likes it I go before everyone gets up too. She has said several times that she would not be happy if I were gone all evening at the gym because that's the only time we have during the week to spend time together.

have you tried a slightly less than 1/2 scoop Kat? hate to see your always getting a little nauseous during your training. sometimes a hair too much stimulant will contribute far more to this than people tend to admit.

Never thought about it being stim related... I'll try that tomorrow! It seems to happen on Monday's. I was talking to my friend that is helping with my nutrition about it and he thinks it may have something to do with having low carbs 2 days in a row before train. So I'm going to increase carbs q little on Sunday to see if that makes a difference.

Today was a sad day! I used my very last scoop of BCAA's +SAA's. :( I will be using my coupon to order some thanks to Snags sending me those goodies! I took a little less than 1/2 scoop today of stimul8. It was just a cardio day though. I was drenched when I left! It was a great session!
