I absolutely love all these PR's I'm hitting lately. They may not be too impressive to some, but I'm still proud of them.
I'm also seeing some nice improvements in my physique. I really felt like I was getting fluffier than I would have liked, until we took pics yesterday. I still have a lot of improving to do, but I'm moving in the right direction, and that's what's important to me.
Tomorrow begins week 4 of my cycle! Both the RAD & Osta are still treating me very well. I'm loving the healing & joint lubrication properties of the Osta. I haven't needed my wrist wrap in over a week. My wrist doesn't even feel injured anymore.

My knees hold out so much better on leg day now, and are overall less achy.
I*feel like I'm may be entering a recomp phase as I've been exactly 121.4lbs for the last 3 days...even with sleep & my diet being off. We'll see what this week holds though. I will be getting my diet back in check & stepping my cardio back up a bit though.
Here are some progress pics. There is less natural light in yesterday's pics, but I think even with the light variations the progress is still pretty visible. Excuse my dipply butt...still working on that!
