Keeping Up With The Yates': A Couple's Training Log

I've gotten to where I love clean & presses on Saturday, they warm me up very well for heavy bench. You would think it would have the opposite effect on my bench but I'll take it!

Man everyone is different, and when you find what works for you, your body is going to react in a positive manner. Ive been throwing the clean and press in my routine, it's new to me so I'm still learning the technique and working my way up in weight.

I'm still working on my technique & form too. It comes a little more natural each week. I have to focus on pulling the weight up vs throwing it out during the transition.

I completely understand it's something that'll take me a few weeks of doing. I've been watching videos as well to try to get it down better! I did hit a PR on clean and press just now, 5 @ 135!!

How much trest are you running and is it a mix of capsule and transdermal?

I am going to run a RAD into Epistane cycle, with Trest as a base (and more) and just want to figure how much Trest I should be running.

My cycle is over :( but I was running 200mg of trest, 100mg of dermatrest and 50mg oral trest pwo then spaced out my other 2 oral trest the rest of the day. I ran a stupid dose and I do not reccomend you follow my dosing protocol. I'm guessing you're looking to run 50 to 100mg ed? If so then I would just run dermatrest. Twice daily dosing will keep your blood levels stable and you will get the best results this way. Oral trest half life is just so short that it's best used as a pwo blast on top of your dermatrest dosing and this is really only practical if you want to run more than 100mg.

You will want to run it every cycle from now on, trust me! You know about the aromatization to methyl estrogen, right? You will definitely need to have an ai on hand, estrogen sides can get out of control real quick with trest.
 
Yup! Thanks to your advice throughout I have exemestane and arimacare pro ready to go. I'll probably also run inhibit p as a precaution as well.

As hubby said earlier, we finally got our full tubs of Conqu3r Unleashed! I seriously love this stuff. Although I had sampled it & knew what to expect I was impressed again today by its effects!! Can't wait for lower body power tomorrow!!
 
Definitely too late for him. I stopped using the Conqu3r Amped for a while & was using a very mild pwo instead. Definitely can tell the difference when I use tge Amped now. However, my caffeine tolerance is still pretty high. Before the gym & pwo's, I ran off coffee!!

Yeah I'm loving the amp citrate! The Conqu3r amped was strong!! Oh yeah gotta love some coffee, that's what I was doing until I could get some more pwo

Yeah man but at least you can look back at it and know you don't want to go back. I just had a buddy want to go back because it was to hard out here.. Yeah I understand I was a mad man for food and powder milk.

Your good bro, I think it helps to remember where you came from. Your past prison, and not going back. Just remember all you have now and why that old life is not apart of you any longer.

I absolutely love all these PR's I'm hitting lately. They may not be too impressive to some, but I'm still proud of them.

I'm also seeing some nice improvements in my physique. I really felt like I was getting fluffier than I would have liked, until we took pics yesterday. I still have a lot of improving to do, but I'm moving in the right direction, and that's what's important to me.

Tomorrow begins week 4 of my cycle! Both the RAD & Osta are still treating me very well. I'm loving the healing & joint lubrication properties of the Osta. I haven't needed my wrist wrap in over a week. My wrist doesn't even feel injured anymore. :) My knees hold out so much better on leg day now, and are overall less achy.

I*feel like I'm may be entering a recomp phase as I've been exactly 121.4lbs for the last 3 days...even with sleep & my diet being off. We'll see what this week holds though. I will be getting my diet back in check & stepping my cardio back up a bit though.

Here are some progress pics. There is less natural light in yesterday's pics, but I think even with the light variations the progress is still pretty visible. Excuse my dipply butt...still working on that! ;)

Still feeling great, pct is going very well! Weight and strength are staying very consistent and I couldn't be happier. I'm trying to lift heavy and eat everything in sight! Here is a rundown of my pct if anyone is interested:

Epic unleashed- 2 caps ED
Dermastrength- 100mg ed

I cannot believe how much further I got, this week, with my reps in those last sets!! My strength, stamina, and endurance are all improving every week. :) I'm really getting what I was looking for from this cycle & training regimen!!

So far RAD is still working nicely for me. So, I may extend it out a little further. Weight is still holding steady too!!!
 
RAD adds a lot of endurance for sure and some power for certain movements. My deads were a lot better for sure which I was doing for endurance as much as anything with really high reps and short rests. Weight went up and still felt easier.
 
So out of LGD and RAD, which one is better for cutting, bulking or recomping. This is still a mystery to me. Lol

Both are great for bulking/recomp but rad kicks in a little faster. If I was cutting with a sarm it would be osta for sure.

15mg for 8 weeks and I lost over 30 pounds but still gained strength! Osta is definitely amazing.
