My workout was still good but like I said, first time there were no increases. Oh SD how I miss you already.
For now I am sticking with 750 sust and 600 mast still but next week I will probably bump the test up. I figure my lifts will be stagnant for a couple weeks as I transition from SD to injectables. Hopefully it'll start increasing again though, i mean I'll be pumping over 1.5g ew total so if I can't get strength increases from that, I'm gonna give up.
As usual the only thing I notice outside of natural lifting is 1) hard muscles 2) horny 3) sensitive nips

I think the weight drop might just be some water shedding. What are your calories per day? You should be trying to get 4000 a day to gain. imo Also the more your weight increases the more you have to keep raising the cals.Don't speak too soon neverstop, my weight is dropping rapidly now and it's scaring me. Obviously the injectables are working, the test worked last time I took it, made my nipples sore and it made me incredibly horny, as far as gains though, it was weak weak weak.
Fortunately I've still got gains coming down the pipe, had a good training day today. I'm going to judge by strength gains rather than weight because I'm sure a couple water pounds will drop off. Although I was so thirsty yesterday i really thought my weight would maintain then start increasing again. Its all whatever... Worst case scenario I have to pump more oil, and I'm fully prepared to do that.

We spent the better part of an hour in the squat cage, was some good fun training slowly with big rest periods and plenty of laughs... I hit a PR on squats, finally hitting 405 lbs for reps. I'm sure that's peanuts for a lot of genetic squatters but for me it was pretty tough to get there as my squat never increases much. The only thing I can say in my defense is my squats are to parallel so there's no halfass sissy squat bull**** going on. I get real pissed off when I see that ****.
Lunges and calves were pretty normal, lunges were new, but i decided to throw them in because i'm not doing the straight legged deadlifts. I don't want to do SLDL's every week, i'd rather alternate them eow, a lot easier on my back.
So weight is dipping after dropping SD but my strength is still solid.
I'll keep everybody updated but pretty soon i'm going to invoke the pseudolog nature of this log and not update so much. Depends on how busy I get. But i didn't make this log with the intention of updating everyday for 4 months.

SD literally packs your glycogen stores FULL, OVERfull it seems like at times. I ALWAYS lose 3-4lbs after it has cleared my system. It is not muscle. It is purely excess glycogen, trust me. MAYBE a little water, but very little if it is. You're g2g bro, just chill til the test kicks in a week then tear shyt uppppp :head:

it was chest day. Lost a rep on bench, lost 2 reps on incline. I miss the Superdrol. It was a good workout by most standards but you've gotta hate losing strength when on cycle lol. I killed my chest the hardest with my last exercise, incline dumbell flys up to 75 pounds then did a double dropset from there. So much pain.

i've done 85lb incline db flies....but the funny thing is i probably couldnt do 60lb flatbench flies....is that weird?

I've always thought scivation chose a weird name for their product, i know it's supposed to xtend your workout, but it sounds like a **** lengthening supplement. And controlled labs, their white flood sounds like it's supposed to make you shoot big loads.
