Ok.same thing. They dream of the results but don't want to put in the time, effort, and research it takes to do it and maintain it.No, most people don't dream of doing any of that, they just want instant results so it doesn't hurt. Those that do dream of it are the ones that are already doing it or on the injured list.

True, but I'm thinking that might hurt too......just in a different way. ???? I saw a video of a liposuction once. Good night! You can't tell me that person didn't feel like they got the crap beat out of them! Definitely prefer the girls that kick a$$ in the gym to lose the fat and tone the muscle because they turn out sexy! The others are just skinnier afterwards.

Because they haven't rally changed their lifestyle, the surgery helped them lose weight

Amen to that sister!!Thank you all so much! It does feel great. I hope just to inspire others to be their best! We all have different goals but they all take determination and hard work! Sadly, this is what I've seen the most of as well! It's a lifestyle change regardless of how you go about it! Just like with the weight loss programs that so many women do, they starve themselves to loose the weight...that is detrimental to their bodies...then once the weight is off, they return t their normal diet and it all comes back along with extra in most cases! I was that way growing up. I would avoid eating and then binge. I yoyo'd around 200 for the majority of my life! I'm so grateful that God opened my eyes up to taking care of my body! It's the only one I've got and it's his temple!

Added a few things into the md routine just cause I'm crazy like that. We also SS most of the bi/ tri exercises. My right shoulder/clavicle area is bothering me a little but I think is from my neck pain. It builds up tension occasionally and starts running down that area. Lots of stretching.

My coworker got the surgery and he was back at work in a week. He's already lost 60lbs in 2 months.
hope he is saving up to have that stomach skin hanging down to kneecaps removed, insurance won't pay for it!!!
Oh, it definitely is that! I love running it in the mornings when there are no cars and you just hear the waves crashing on the rocks! Almost like running on the beach! Great time for just talking/listening to God!looks like that dam was made for an early morning or late evening run!!!

Last work day of the week and summer! Dr will be out for 2 weeks to walk across Europe! Yay! Went after work with a friend to run the local dam across the lake. I forgot to take a pic but here's one from the internet. It got pretty hot on the way back but it was a nice run! Afterwards, I took little man to the gym and got in a little back work.
