I've been consistently taking my ammo 1st thing and then again at bed time! The Epitome I take about 9:30-10 and then again about 3:30. Appetite is suppressed, core temp is up both throughout the day and at night! I wake up throwing the covers off. (In a 60 degree room too) I am seeing some leaning out in my stomach around my belly button (my biggest trouble area) I'm loving that especially since we will be heading to the beach on Saturday!
