Duration is body fat dependent. Epitome works best until you, as a female, get to around 18% body fat at which time I will recommend a different product combo to get you through that mid range.
Sound good! Thank you!

Lol...kinda defeats the purpose

First day back in the gym and man did it feel great!!! I started BPaks GVT program today. It's a 4x a week program but since I only have 2 days, I combined a couple of extras in today's routine. The rests seemed like forever until the end they didn't seem too bad! The timing and such will take a bit to get used to.

Did a little cardio and a light set to warm up ...

Superset (90 seconds between exercises)

Incline bench 4010 tempo
Set 1. 75x10
Set 2. 75x10
Set 3. 75x10
Set 4. 75x10
Set 5. 75x10
Set 6. 75x10
Set 7. 75x9.5 barely made it up-lost form to get it there.
Set 8. 75x10
Set 9. 75x10
Set 10. 75x9.5 almost failed again

Shoulder width Pulldowns to lower sternum (pronated) 4010 Tempo
Set 1. 100x10
Set 2. 100x10
Set 3. 100x10
Set 4. 100x10
Set 5. 100x10
Set 6. 100x10
Set 7. 100x10
Set 8. 100x10
Set 9. 100x10
Set 10. 100x10

Superset (75 seconds rest between sets)

15% Decline DB bench supinating grip towards top 4110 tempo
Set 1. 30x10
Set 2. 30x10
Set 3. 30x10

Seated rows plate loaded and pronated grip 4110 tempo
Set 1. 180x10
Set 2. 180x10
Set 3. 180x10

Side lateral raises past ear (90 sec rest) 4010 tempo
Set 1. 10x10
Set 2. 10x10
Set 3. 10x10
Set 4. 10x10
Set 5. 10x10
Set 6. 10x10
Set 7. 10x10
Set 8. 10x10
Set 9. 10x10
Set 10. 10x10

Bent over cable lateral raises (75 seconds rest) 4110 tempo
Set 1. 5x10
Set 2. 5x10
Set 3. 7.5x10

I really notice my body getting warmer over all about mid workout! It was nice! I missed a dose so I'm thinking it's probably the stack effects warming me back up.

Update on the stack- might be tmi for some but I usually have a 5-7 lb swing each month around that not so lovely time...with this stack, it was only 2 lbs! That's pretty freaking amazing in my book!! I also love that they're not stimulants to just make you "feel" like you're burning fat--they actually get in your system and do what you're truly wanting them to do!! Great products dsade

Good morning! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Mine was great! Son had a ballgame on Saturday. Poor thing got too hot and couldn't finish the game. The humidity has made the heat almost unbearable unless you're in/by water! So we mostly stayed around the house the rest of the weekend! We did go swimming Saturday evening at a friends and grilled out yesterday!

These workouts have made me sore like I expected but usually I'm sore the day after--with this I don't get sore until the 2 and 3rd day! My legs are still sore from Friday! Haha

Shoulders and back

Did a few light sets to warm up

Triple set 1: tempo on all 4010
**rest was 30-60 seconds between all sets (less between press/raise)
Db Shoulder press with palms facing
1. 25x10
2. 25x10
3. 25x10
4. 25x10
5. 25x10
6. 25x9 failed-lost tightness at bottom
7. 25x10
8. 25x10
9. 25x9.5- failed couldn't lock out
10. 25x10
**these were much harder with palms facing but I liked the way they felt

Side lateral raises
1. 12.5x10
2. 12.5x10
3. 12.5x10
4. 12.5x10
5. 12.5x10
6. 12.5x10
7. 12.5x10
8. 12.5x10
9. 12.5x10
10. 12.5x10
*will go up next time

Chin ups (assisted) (supinated)
1. 80x10
2. 80x10
3. 80x10
4. 80x10
5. 80x10
6. 80x10
7. 80x10
8. 80x10
9. 80x10
10. 80x9 failed 10
** 80 is where the pin was- sure didn't feel like 80 lbs of assistance. I barely touched it and it went down with 1 leg. Lol I did have to re-grip around #8 for the last several sets.

Triple set #2: tempo on all was 3010
Almost no rests - due to running out of time.
Bent over Cable lateral raises
1. 7.5x10
2. 7.5x10
3. 7.5x10
4. 7.5x10

30 deg. Incline lateral raises all the way up/pronating
1. 12.5x10
2. 12.5x10
3. 10x10
4. 10x10
Had to drop! Shoulders were fried!!- I liked the feel of these though!

Decline DB pullovers
1. 35x10
2. 35x10
3. 35x10
4. 35x10

The pump today was unreal!!! I felt like my shoulders/arms were going to pop!! Lol

Good morning! Really feeling good lately!!

Today was arm day! Felt great! Tried some new exercises again. It's funny how easy it is to get stuck doing the same exercises. I even had time for cardio afterwards! Since its summer, I have a little more time in the mornings!

7. 45x10
8. 45x10
9. 45x10

**I was surprised I made it all of the way through! I struggled with these from the get go!

SS 2
30 seconds rest before repeating

15x10

Stair climber 25 mins

Just being goofy after my workout this morning lol...

Good morning! Yesterday was a rest day! I needed it as I was very sore! Although, I could've used a venting training session after a little frustrations with work. I enjoy the night at home with my lil man, while everyone else was gone elsewhere. Those moments are always special! I will miss them while they're visiting their grandparents for 2 weeks in Arkansas!

Today's workout was great! It's similar to last weeks but slightly different exercises. I actually did the pull ups today instead of Pulldowns too! I refused to move up a whole notch on the assisted machine though! Lol (I just added a 10lb weight)

Torso:

Superset 4010 tempo
60 sec rest between each set

Bench
1. 95x10-barely made this so I dropped the next set
2. 90x10
3. 90x10
4. 90x10
5. 90x10-ehh barely
6. 90x8
7. 85x9-failed 10 (had a spotter thankfully)
8. 85x9
9. 85x8
10. 80x10
*obviously over estimated what I could do! Lol

Pull ups (hands about 4" outside shoulders each side-assisted)
1. 90x10
2. 90x10
3. 90x10
4. 90x10
5. 90x10
6. 90x10
7. 90x10
8. 90x10
9. 90x10
10. 90x10
Had to regrip around rep 6 for the last several sets and paused on set 7 for a sec around #7

Superset 2: 3010 tempo
30 seconds rest between sets

30% Incline DB Bench -palms facing and then pronating at top
30x10
30x10
30x9-failed
**These were hard!

Supinated Cable rows with bar
100x10
100x10
100x10
**attempted 120 to start but it wasn't happening. Lol

Cardio walking on 10-15% incline
20 mins

Finished up with 4 sets of ab work

I have really been feeling good! I can really tell that the ammo has helped with stress. Although, I am a very laid back/easy going person, I do get frazzled or stressed when I'm busy or certain situations. It doesn't seem to effect me as much lately. Recovery from my workouts is better as well. Also, feeling leaner and seeing things change in the mirror is a very exciting part! I'm nowhere near where I want to be but my stomach is getting flatter!

Happy Friday all! I hope you're having a great day! I'm hanging with my youngest today and we are at the gym pool now! We didn't get to the gym until after 11 but that's ok- we don't have a schedule today! Tomorrow we head out to meet the grandparents. I'll miss them a lot but it will be nice to just hang out with hubby a lot!!!

Warmed up before my workout and felt a little tightness in my upper left hamstring. Did a few extra wu sets and then my first working set had a sharper pain...dropped the weight back and it was fine. Finished all of my squats and leg curls...first step up- insanely sharp pain and I almost fell. Made it up on top of the bench and then put the weight on the bench and carefully got back down. I tried a couple of different exercises to hit my quads but ended up with just leg extensions. Got ice from the front desk and iced it for a good 30+ mins. Hoping/thinking its just a strain!

Superset 4010 Tempo 60-90 seconds rest between sets

Seated leg curls (Dorsiflexed)
1. 80x10
2. 80x10
3. 80x10
4. 80x10
5. 80x10
6. 80x10
7. 80x10
8. 80x10
9. 80x10
10. 80x10

Back Squats
1. 135x10
2. 115x10
3. 115x10
4. 115x10
5. 115x10
6. 115x10
7. 115x10
8. 115x10
9. 115x10
10. 115x10

Leg extensions 4010 Tempo
1. 90x10
2. 90x10
3. 90x10

Rolled and stretched then called it quits and got ice!

Kat, I've really noticed the improved mood as well. I do suffer from anxiety & I've noticed while on this stack that the AMMO has helped keep me more mellow & layed back on days where my axiety would typically be through the roof. It's been a nice relief.

I'm jumping on last minute also, lol. I would like to know how you would compare the evomuse stack vs other fat burners you have used as far as targeting abdominal fat. Curious, because I am 48 yrs old and making great progress everywhere except my abdomen. I had taken an extensive break from training and am paying the price. I am making slow progress, but would like to speed it up without trying something stronger, say clen or albuterol. Thanks for your thoughts.

I personally prefer this over any stim fat burner I've ever taken! It will be my first go to! There's no way to spot reduce but with the ammo helping with cortisol levels and the epitome helping with leptin levels/appetite--it's a GREAT combination to target those areas!! (and all the others too)

Damn, hope your leg feels better! just keep stretching it whenever you can try some hot & cold therapy to speed up healing, I've done 45 to 60 seconds ice/1 1/2 - 2 minutes hot compress/towel back & fourth for about 20-30 minutes maybe get someone to massage it to slow/deep tissue for 20-30 minutes before and after that.

Thank you! I don't know how much stretching I'll do today but I am doing the ice/heat. It's ok as long as I don't move it a certain way or try to step up on anything etc. then it hurts pretty bad.

Well, I took my last dose this morning! I'm sad it's over but very happy with the results! I want to thank dsade and MidwestBeast for the chance to log this stack! I had really been struggling with my cut this summer but this stack have my body exactly what it needed to get things moving! The ammo helped me immensely with my frustration and stress levels! Gave me a much more positive outlook on everything and helped me deal with things better thought the day as well! The epitome was by far the best appetite suppressant I've ever taken, not to mention the increased body heat to help keep you sweating throughout the day! I can't say enough about the two of them together and how well they work as a stack! This will be my go to cutting stack!

Here's my before/after

Looking great, Kat!! I can tell this stack helped you in some of the same areas as me. Midsection & thighs...those more stubborn areas! I can definitely see myself using this stack again in the future as well.

Thank you! I was more surprised than I thought I'd be when I compared the two! Very happy! Those trouble areas can make you feel pretty defeated sometimes! I will likely run this stack again within the next few weeks! One last round before I maintain for a bit to get my metabolism back up!

Yes, they can. I was the most surprised by my measurements. The before & after pics definitely help to see how much progress has been made. I will likely run it again sometime around early fall. I have another logging commitment starting today. So, it definitely won't be until that log is finished (per the company's request to log solo).

I'm extremely pleased with the quality and results of all 3 logs. I really, really appreciate the detailed logs and I'm glad everyone got the incredible results that I knew they would get.

I have AMMO on rush production. When I found this Synergy, I only had about 50 bottles left, which disappeared instantly when the logs started rolling.
