Katanadrol v2.0 cycle wow!!!

Good work, each wk you will lose less weight tho. Dont let it get you down, it means your making lots of progress.

The meal you took a pic of is perfect for what your doing. Eat 3 of those a day, some oatmeal and eggs for breakfast, toss in a few shakes, you should be on your way to a lower wasit size each wk.

I hear you I have not stepped on the scale since I started. I don't care what I weight just like the fact I'm moving notches on my belt!!

no kidding, the mirror dont lie :D when u see the outline of every mucsle .. *sigh* (smh) doesnt get any better than that!

True! Just wish the damn company health insurance rep understood that! Have to deal with the bull**** BMI. I'm finally into the second week of my katana run and damn the strength gains are appearing now with that "on" feeling. I was so focused on the shoulder workout that I didn't realize my "inspiration " tunes werent playing! When I snapped out of it I realized the gym was blasting justin beaver! Also i was getting the stares from people while pushing the iron. ;)

I know in the second week I really started to feel my strenght increase. What are you dosing at and for how long? I get stronger with every workout. I can get use to this real fast!!!

I agree. But the health insurance companies figure of BMI does not work for bodybuilders. Their figures are based off of two numbers (height and weight) and doesnt account for how much muscle vs fat you are holding....hence why we end up with high BMIs even with a normal bf%.
 
I just got my BCAA power chews and they are like little Fruity 45lb. plates!!! Who knew I could eat candy on a cut diet!!! Nice I like them.

Nice to hear....I love them things too. They help curb sweet cravings a lot for me.

I started out at 200-250 first week, now kicking it up to 300. Kinda bummed today since I might not make it to the gym (birthday). While my strength is up I'm trying to kill that **** as often as possible!! Hey. In the beginning did u find yourself getting emotional? Not sure if it was the transaderm or katana, but man talk about highs and lows, felt like crying over crazy sh!t. But now it seems to has stabilized.

Happy b-day. I started at 300 and now at 350. No emotional sides at all. The only side so far was a gyno like effect after the first week?? I started using the forma I had for PCT at 5 pumps AM and PM and it went away the next day thank god!

yeah, i wake up a lot during the night hungry enough to eat a 1000cal meal. Lately ive just ate 5 bcaa power chews and have been able to go back to bed without eating 2-300 cals.


OP, dont pay attention to the scale, just your belt size and the mirror. Once the cycle is over hop back on the scale. Too much of the time people bulking or cutting get carried away with weight and not overall progress or appearence.

The 350 should be very nice. I hear that. 300-350 is the sweet spot and you should see some nice changes!

Awesome recomp. What was the timeline on this change? Hormones used? Torem is a great SERM - I have used it several times. The taste is tolerable too.

That is an impressive transformation bro! Epi/Katana is a cycle I plan on doing in the future. Very nice results!
 
I just completed sdrol katanadrol. Great results, added 13lbs and hope to keep half. I wanted it for more of a recomp and cut than a bulk.

The lethargy was absolutely terrible though

Next time you run SD, throw some Transaderm in there during your cycle as a test base. It does wonders for libido and lethargy ;)
 
Libido was actually fine. Saw my gf for the first time in 5 weeks and spent the entire weekend making up for lost time. Probably the highest libido I've ever had actually.

Lethargy and mood swings were killer though

But I don't think I'll ever go back to sdrol. Epi and hdrol never gave me sides at all.

I was talking about lethargy bro, libido is typically pretty good on cycle.
 
BUMP! So....is this another log that just dropped out of existence, or was it continued in another thread?


I'm currently taking katanadrol v2.0 at 500mgED. Would like to know how things went for ya.
