Haha, brain fart. We have a standing leg extension machine. It's pretty cool, my quads felt a lot more different than the sitting one. :)

NIce work love2liftkatt, how do you conduct your sprints? Do you do them on the treadmill? After warmup do you set the level and incline and jump off while resting or lower the speed during rest and increase again on the sprint?

Thanks! It just kinda depends. This time, since it's been a while, I set my incline and then just adjusted the speed. 45 sec/45sec intervals. 3.5mph/7.5mph....when I do it that way, I don't really count my sprint until it reaches full speed.

Me too! Thank you Thomas! I wanted the 135 for 5 but that just didn't happen! Lol I am actually using a little leg drive now and noticing the difference!

I realized that I'm really carb sensitive. I can gain 5-10 lbs in a week from eating too much carbs, as well as feeling bloated and sluggish.

I took rice and bread out of my diet and within a week, I dropped 7 lbs. I'm sure it's a lot of water weight and just bloating but I'll take it.

My current tdee is 1900 calories and I feel pretty good with it. My appetite and cravings have also gone down and I couldn't be happier. :) Here's to a strong 2016.

All about learning our bodies. I have learned I can actually have more carbs as long as there isn't any gluten in them.
