Kat and Puccah's Strong is the new sexy log

You could find out by making a hard effort to get more rest one week and see if that helps? Start eliminating one thing at a time

Goodbye, gym!!! Lol jk

I've been trying. I cut out my glamorous makeup time by half. I think it has a lot to do with my diet. I eat things that I usually don't eat on the weekdays and it makes me tired. Also, I don't consume as much water on the weekends.

My nutrition is similar to the biorythm diet. Fats are consumed primarily in the earlier part of the day, while carbs are saved for the later part of the day/evening. My calories/macros will continue to change while I am cutting down, since I am still pretty early on. They're roughly 2,230 200p/200c/70f on training days and 1,690 200p/65c/70f on non training days.

ECA stack

Interesting diet - follow something similar. How are you finding the focus and energy through the day without carbs?

Do you have a Carbon Monoxide tester? If you have low/mid levels of CM it will make you extremely tired and week. I dont think I need to tell you what happens with high levels..... :(

I've switched things up now, as I'm much further into my cut but after the first week or two, I actually enjoyed the diet. Didn't have any problems. As my carbs and calories got lower, it was a little harder and my body wasn't responding so we have switched things up a few times. Currently I am doing IF to see how my body responds!

Lol of the day!

Haha, is there a special number with 80085? 8808 just sounded smooth, lol. I used it when I had an IG and other social networks.

Edit: I stopped using it for other sites because I was getting stalkers haha.

Good morning! I hope you all had a great weekend! I ended up having to take a Vicodin a couple of nights in order to sleep because of my back. Luckily it's feeling about 80% now...

On my way to the gym I was trying to decide whether to give my back another day or not… Got to the gym and realized I didn't have my bag with my straps, chalk, ear buds or anything so… It became a push day. Lol

If you had to take Vicodin to sleep you need some serious time off... that's no joke if you have that kind of pain. Dont make the mistake of jumping back into it and making it a permanent injury

Ouch!! Hope everything is ok!! I agree rest it up. I should have been doing that with my leg, but instead went Friday night playing ball. First game running to first base, I heard 2 or 3 pops. I took anti imflamotory and kept playing. Woke up Sunday with large bruise spot over half my upper thigh.

Hot as hell!!!

I'm 39 and still taking college courses to get ahead in my career. Do it now, trust me. Also I didn't get my high school diploma until I was 34. It's way harder that way, believe me.

I'm taking it easy on it...it was debilitating this weekend but it really feels sooooo much better! Thank you!

Thank you, everyone! Another year and a half.

Kat, I'm glad your back feels better! :D
Great workout!

puccah8808 just make sure it's something you really want to do & enjoy. I have 2 degrees, a sh1t ton of student loan debt, and I don't use either degree. I stay home because daycare would eat my income alive (plus we aren't big on daycare). I honestly have no desire to go back into the fields that my degrees are in. Soooo....my advice is make sure it's something you'll enjoy. If it's something you are sure & passionate about definitely stick with it!!!

Thanks girls!

Definitely not a size zero ...Invalid Link Removed

Thank you! I went back to school as a way out of my sh*tty job. I didn't want to work hard anymore just to make as much as someone who was working smarter. It took rock bottom for me to realize that I was much more than my job and didn't give myself enough credit.

I switched my degree once and I think I'm on the right path. My experience in the work field is preparing me for my degree, although I may take another route if things change. I guess you can say I have many options and if one doesn't work out, I always have another one. As restless as I am with school right now, I'm not afraid of what the future holds. :D

Kat, you look fabulous!!!!

This freakin' shaker!!!!
