I will be updating this hopefully on a weekly basis so it will be separate from my training log. If you wish to view my training log, or are unfamiliar with they type/level of training I do, please feel free to find it. I've been sick the last few weeks so I’m a little late in getting this started.

Right now I'm 4 days into my Warrior diet and feeling great!

GOALS:
Simply get as lean and mean as possible and hit a 12X BW total.

DIET:
I am using a modified Warrior Diet by IronAddict.com
Warrior Diet - Iron Addicts Forums
This essentially a 20hr fasting/under eating phase followed by a 4hr feeding phase. Wesley’s version is modified for those involved in physically demanding exercise and not the average person and also uses a BCAA/EAA protocol I was already utilizing with much success. All of this is outlined in the thread above. I will not share the specifics of the Diet as it has been prepared specifically for me but you can get a real good understanding in that thread.

USP LABS FASTED TRAINING:
I will be using the USP Labs fasted Training Protocol for 1 AM training Session per week and 1(or more) AM General Physical Preparedness/Cardio Session per week. Basically utilizing Anabolic Pump, Powerfull, and Recreate to put the body in a state of Lipolysis immediately. BCAA/EAA will also be utilized again, per this protocol as well as matching the Iron Addict modification.
You can read up on these methods here, but it obviously fits well with what I am working on.
http://www.usplabsdirect.com/forum/anabolic-pump/4208-ap-fasted-training-procotol-thread.html

I will also be Experimenting with using this exact same protocol for 2 evening training sessions per week. I do not expect the same results due to the body’s body's diurnal cycle. However I believe it will be better than just training in a standard Fasted manner that I would be doing if I did not follow. So this portion will be an experiment of the combination of the Warrior diet and a PM fasted training session the USP Labs.

STATS/MEASUREMENTS:

PICS:
I’ll get some up this week. I’m almost a week in right now and already pulled my belt one notch tighter. I need to get pics sooner :)

OTHER:
I have 1 bottle of Pink Magic by USP Labs left and even though I’ve been sick the last few weeks I’ve been training and making gains. So I’m looking forward to continuing using the Pink while moving forward with this plan.

These sessions have to be hell on you during fasting!
I'm finding my training sessions to actually be better but my conditioning sessions to be a bit more challenging...but then again I'm not in bad shape in regards to conditioning at the moment.

This weekend sucked. Had some sick people working for me last week and as usual it caught up with me. Drove for several hours Friday night after work to visit inlaws. Couldn't sleep that night as I had a fever kicking in.

Tried to wake up early Saturday and get a workout in before the family woke up.

Romanian deadlifts
warmup to 495x6

at this point I knew it wasn't happening so finished with some light stuff.

Bent over rows
225x10
315x10

db rear delt raises
65x12
89x12, 12

db curls
65x10
80x10

db rows
150x30 each arm

the rest of the weekend I was absolutely done for. I just slept ate and tried to keep the fever down. Followed by more sleeping and eating.

Finally got some good rest Sunday night with no fever. Still real tired and fatigued today bit functional at least. Continilued to stay off my diet an eating heavy.

Drove home this afternoon an despite still feeling sick...but at least better, I trained.

Bench
45x10
135x10
185x5
245x5
315x5
405x4
disapointed as I wanted more

add shirt and 2.5 foam board
all done with press commands and long holdouts
585x5
675x5
765x3
holy ****! Not sure where that came from but sweet!

DB band floor press
100+#4 band x 11

time to eat and sleep. Hope I feel good in am and can restart diet. Afraid to see scale in am.

Injury as a result of being drunk and in the wrong place at the wrong time. :(
I was at an outdoor General Admission concert, and 4 guys kicked the **** out of me without an inkling of a warning because supposedly I pushed his little brother (I don't push people, I go to many concerts and am always very courteous)). Dislocated my shoulder. Same one that I had surgically repared in 03 for dislocations. Sucks man. People are animals...

Nice! I was just wondering how your progress is going ? Happy fourth man.
I put my bench at about 435 but I'm taking a week of unplanned rest, my shoulder was really hurting after Monday heavy day and still tender today...

Making great progress so long as my body holds up, I've got super cissus, animal flex and 10g of fish oil in my sups plus a lot of stretching, don't know what else I can do, frustrating
