Just purchased neovar

and i'd like to use it to its full potential!
I know that a lot of people dose neovar differently but what would be the best way? i'm 160 pounds so i'm thinking 6 caps a day.
would it be best to just dose 3 post workout, and 3 before dinner?

I also take torrent (mainly for the leucine content) two scoops instead of 3.

Basically with your 2 highest carb meals is best, whenever those would be. preworkout can also be nice for a solid pump in the gym. I frequently dosed it as 3-4 pre / 3-4 post when i'm eating a lot of carbs with the workout

You can use NeoVar in 3 different ways on resistance training days:

Resistance Training Days

Option A
Dose 1 - 3 caps immediate post-resistance training AND THEN EAT A MEAL CONTAINING ~50g CARBOHYDRATES 15-20 MINUTES AFTERWARDS
Dose 2 - 3 caps 15-20 minutes pre-meal with at least 50g carbohydrates (either earlier or later in the day)

Option B
Dose 1 - 3 caps 30-40 min pre-resistance training
Dose 2 - 3 caps immediate post-resistance training AND THEN EAT A MEAL CONTAINING ~50g CARBOHYDRATES 15-20 MINUTES AFTERWARDS

Option C
Dose 1 - 3 caps 30-40 min pre-resistance training
Dose 2 - 3 caps immediate post-resistance training AND THEN EAT A MEAL CONTAINING ~50g CARBOHYDRATES 15-20 MINUTES AFTERWARDS

You would use the same dosing (based on body weight)/timing protocol for NeoVar during PCT as you would at any other time.

Instructions for dosing/timing all 4 products have already been given in other threads (and can easily be found on the product labels)!!!


RPM

Resistance Training Days
Dose* -60-80 minutes pre-resistance training (I would start with 2 caps to assess tolerance, and then go to 3 caps if ok)

Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose* - half dose once daily (most often dosed first thing in the morning, but whenever you like, really; and this is OPTIONAL).


Drive

Resistance Training Days
Dose 1* - first thing in the morning (i.e. with IGF-2 Dose 1)
Dose 2* - 60-80 minutes pre-resistance training (i.e. with RPM dose)

Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose 1* - first thing in the morning (i.e. with IGF-2 Dose 1)
Dose 2* - 6-8 hours after Dose 1


IGF-2

Resistance Training Days
Dose 1* - first thing in the morning (i.e. with Drive Dose 1)
Dose 2* - ~40 min pre-resistance training
Dose 3* - last thing at night

Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose 1* - first thing in the morning (i.e. with Drive Dose 1)
Dose 2* - last thing at night


NeoVar Recomped

As advised in post #4.


* Dosage dependent on bodyweight.

Hey Tex, what ever happened with that mystery product you were logging?

I reponded to you on another thread on that haha. I finished it when an injured hand and had some personal issues happen. I still am currently using the beta 2 product and liking it much better with touch ups. It is everything I had updated it to be. I have not been training BBing style though, I have just been trying to keep in shape during school.

thank you everyone, this thread has helped tons, and i'm loving neovar more and more each time I take it.

i'm still currently taking torrent along with neovar.
but i'm trying to bulk so I purchased muscle juice, would it be smart to lay off the torrent until I want to cut? or can I combine neovar, torrent, and muscle juice.

You don't really need to take TWO products that have creatine in them.

Dosing NeoVar Recomped correctly you are getting 3.876g of creatine daily.

If you only use Torrent post-training once daily you are getting 3g of creatine.

You COULD use Torrent along with NeoVar Recomped, but I would recommend only using the Torrent o RESISTANCE training days.

Fine to use Muscle Juice with both NeoVar Recomped and Torrent.
