Gym Time:
Joints are absolutely feeling great. Most of my lifts are up and pain free. The only problem is my bench. My chest is the weakest part. Going to address it with some techniques I saw from AthleanX. Let’s see if they work.
Note:
Forgot to change in the workout log. Pull Ups is with 12.5kgs. Last week it was 10kgs. Up by 2.5kgs and same rep scheme.
Post workout:
Carb Up with Rice, 150gms of chicken breast, Tomato Curry and some Yogurt. KSM66, Zinc and Clear Muscle
I feel that my core has reduced quite a bit of water after employing what
hairygrandpa suggested on my diet. Pictures to come.
