Legs look solid. I'm still pretty thin but legs are my weakest point.
Thanks man! My legs were skinny too. But, once I started to train them right, they blew up more than my upper body. My only advice is; Start slow and pick up the pace gradually. But, do it.

Preworkout: Coffee Powder, Cannibal Claw 3caps, MRI AMINOS, Taurine 2gms, Coconut water powder 6gms, Clear Muscle 3caps, Joint Mechanic Plus 3caps

Gym Time:
0F7093B3-1316-411B-B6C4-952C538F4AE0.jpeg

Joints are absolutely feeling great. Most of my lifts are up and pain free. The only problem is my bench. My chest is the weakest part. Going to address it with some techniques I saw from AthleanX. Let’s see if they work.

Note:
Forgot to change in the workout log. Pull Ups is with 12.5kgs. Last week it was 10kgs. Up by 2.5kgs and same rep scheme.

Post workout:
Carb Up with Rice, 150gms of chicken breast, Tomato Curry and some Yogurt. KSM66, Zinc and Clear Muscle

I feel that my core has reduced quite a bit of water after employing what hairygrandpa suggested on my diet. Pictures to come.

All about controlling insulin spikes, I figured. Currently I'm not full blown keto anymore. During the day only meat. Intra workout up to 70gr carbs (plain sugar) with 6 iu slin. After workout 50-80gr carbs (rice) + meat.
Trying to find the sweet spot (best muscle fullness without over-spill).

I find legs to now be the easiest muscle group to notice progress. Interesting what happens when you hit them, and often.

I have only 32 years to go then. Looking forward to it. :)
If you really have been at it for only 3 years you have built one heck of a physique in that time, But I'm calling BS as you have been a member of this forum for 4 years !!

There is only one thing to do; rewrite the entire damn thing. Anyway, that was just intro of Halo. I will start taking it today.

If your doing a long detailed post I would type it up first on either notepad on your phone or wordpad on the laptop then you can copy and paste into AM. Then if it crashes you don't lose all your stuff. It's a bit of a hastle but I have started doing this with workouts and stuff because I've spent ages typing one up only to lose connection and have to start over.

I was supposed to start with Ep1logue after Clear Muscle. When I was traveling back to the place where I live now, I forgot to pack Ep1logue. So, long story MF'n short. I am starting with this. Halo Elite from Blackstone Labs. I got this for $20. So, decided to give it a run for 45days and see what I can make of it.

I use the phone app, and I type everything out to myself in one long text message. Then at the end of the day, I hit send, copy and paste into my log. Works great.

Skipped yesterday's workout because my boy wouldn't let me go. He was just totally off mood.

Today

Pre-workout:

1/2 scoop MRI BCAA, 1/2 scoop Blackstone Labs BCAA, 6 caps Halo Elite, 3 caps Clear Muscle, 2gm Taurine, 3 caps Joint Mechanic Plus

Gym Time:
181516

I am starting to get real hungry before workout. But, still going headstrong into the workout. Can't do pre workout supplements because I workout at 6:30PM. My lifts are good overall and strength is moving up.

Post Workout:
Rice with 150gms of chicken, some yogurt and curry. Supps: KSM66, Zinc, Clear Muscle and Blackstone Labs Growth

Final Review: Millenium Sport Joint Mechanic Plus

Background:

I was going through some Shoulder and Elbow pain. I also had some creeping joints overall. @MySTeek was kind enough to send me a bottle of the Joint Mechanic Plus and I offered to log this and give me review.

Look and Feel:
The supplement bottle is an obvious selling point for a lot of supplement companies and MS has done a great job. Even the capsules are not cheap gelatine ones. He opted for high quality veg capsules.

Effectiveness:
I used it for a month and found great relief from my shoulder and elbow pain and very less joint creeks. My lifts were pain free and also improved quite a bit in my strength even though I was on a cut.

Price:
A month serving of Joint Mechanic Plus is prices at $35, which I think is expensive though I vouch for their great formula. However, with a discount code (sometimes even 50%), it’s definitely a great value.

Thank you again for sending this to me without even expecting a review from me.
