If that's in your future plans, keep the diet clean now. Maybe even start using calipers. Everyone is afraid of losing muscle gained (rightfully so because lean mass gained on cycle is of high value). Calipers are the best way to help adjust diet to keep the gains lean.
 
Day 29 chest/triceps
warmed up with 135 for 12
warmed up with 185 for 4
hit 225 3 times with no help
hit 205 for 6 with no help
so definitely a good day.

Forgot to add i measured my arms after my workout, they are 17.5" when pumped.
My joints are starting to feel dry/sore. I think its from the heavy weight im moving in which my body is not accustomed, and possibly the Turinabol. Im taking 3g of fish oil a day/2 tablespoons olive oil. Does anyone have any other cheap joint product suggestions? Possibly some bluk glucosamine?
 
Day 30 Back/traps/biceps

Still doing great, nothing new to report. Im almost positive im gonna run out of Turinabol before day 42, i must have been taking a tiny bit past 1.5cc each serving. Hopefully not though..
 
Day 31 legs/calves

Another sweet workout day from start to finish. My weight is around 202lbs. Its getting hot here in Michigan so im sweating a hell of a lot more each workout. I cant wait for summertime ;)
 
Sorry to just bust up into the forum but I plan on running my first PH cycle by the 26th and was jw if some of you experienced guys could give me some help...I am planning on using the Turinabol LV. I was going to ask you Jherman, are you taking the milk thistle and the nettle root and saw palmetto while ON the turinabol? I stocked up on some milk thistle and am taking it twice daily to get my liver ready for the beating... One last thing, as far as PCT I have a few left over bottles of CEL's topical formestane and suppress-c. I plan on getting some nolva for the SERM, is this a proper PCT for this halodrol clone?
 
Hey Man! This is a great product!! All i can say is that i'm going to be looking into teh Formestane-LV. . . I would do TD but i do believe that LV will be easier for me to take on the go!!!! Halodrol is a wonderful agent and you'll get some wonderful results!!! Im in!!!

The surprise about formestane is its hard on the liver ... not for a PH but certainly for an AI. Using it standalone isn't an issue but if using it after a PH cycle thats hard on the liver - makes you think abit.

The Hdrol-LV (or whatever its called) isn't such a bad idea given its poor bioavailability. Form. however you've got several options:

For non-reps the options are:
1) Go TD - its only 4 pumps
2) Make you're own TD using a PP TD base. Its cheap and easy.
or
3) Go formadrol (oral)

As a rep. now you've no trouble sourcing, chuga chuga.

Formadrol hasn't been formestane for some time, probably 3 or 4 versions ago :laugh: ...maybe back in 2004 or 2005 with the ORIGINAL version.

I'm not familiar with formestane being hard on the liver. Can you elaborate or show evidence?

Thats a relief...I love my topical formestane from CEL, is it discontinued? I bought like 4 bottles of it because it really leans me out. I just want to know if its legit to us as an AI after the Turinabol cycle.

My personal opinion is that your pct plan is fine. Formestane is indeed a legit AI. I've seen studies suggest that it controls aromatization in some cases by 25% and in some cases suggesting 60%. I vote for a low dose of form (maybe 2 pumps twice per day and then taper) IF you are going to include it in your pct and especially if you are planning to use a serm too (which IMO isn't necessary unless your are dosing the halo aggressively).

Halo is a very forgiving compound in that it shouldn't put a terrible amount of stress on the liver. And also in that it will supress natural hormones but i've never seen bloodwork where people couldn't recover from it. I'm just pointing those things out so that you don't agonize over pct opinions on this compound.

hey buddy, if you are still around, could you elaborate on the halo to OT conversion rates. I'm seeing data that shows 5-10%, which sounds unusually low for the great results we get with this stuff. I have some comments and opinions, being that I like the compound so much, but I want to see hear your ideas first.

No need to add a drying agent. It's dry itself. Halo is a TRUE recomp agent in that carbs macros can be along the lines of a bulk without fat gain. In my experience with designers, only superdrol does this as well as halo in terms of efficient carb utilization

Also don't expect outlandish gains like Jherman is experiencing. Gains are typically in the 8 pound range on the scale in 6 weeks, but with a 1-2% decrease in bodyfat at the same time.

Sounds great! I am trying to keep my weight under 205 before leaving for Parris Island within the next few months... I fluctuate between 190-195, we'll see how I react to it. This is my final question, how drastic should I increase my calories while on this? When I take simple test boosters like Universal's animal stak or animal test, I eat everything in sight( whey, lean meats, complex carbs, casein before bed) and do not gain any weight.

By outlandish do you mean im exaggerating my weight gain? :irked:
 
Day 32 Upper chest/shoulders/triceps

Very hot today! Strength is still skyrocketed and I'll be trying to bench 245lbs for 1 rep on Monday. My weight is still stuck around 202lbs, ive realized im not drinking enough water, especially now that its hot as hell, so ill be making sure i take in more than enough water :pat:

No no not at all. Poor choice of words on my part. I should have just said that gaining that much weight wasn't typical. That was NOT an attack on your credibility whatsoever... you explained that you were coming from a cut several times, which adequately explains your progress. I keep my typical macros are usually a little over 300/300/60. On Halo I ate something like 400/400-600/100 and fat still came off. I'll be 100% honest, I can't remember if halo increased my appetite or not. Pheraplex did drastically, but that's paradoxical in that gains were sloppier than with Halo.

Jherman is so lean (from looking at his avi) that I bet he has his diet down to a strict science. I'd bet the bank that this mutha can really set u up with diet advice :head:

I haven't been following along due to my log BUT OMFG 27lbs haha that is something like a phera super drol bridge haha or a nice test cycle with some deca inject bridge with some super oral haha OMFG mang!!! NICE WORK!!! Hard work and an intune diet is the key to every good cycle!!! Typocial Formestane by C.E.L. for the win mang!! I like cel5 info. . very knowledge he is!!! it will help sustain and maintain these gains. . .again very impressive!!

For sure topical Formestane FTW!! I see you are a sales rep, are yall still producing it?!? A1 quit carrying it along with other sites I used to buy from, say it aint so! I would bathe in that stuff if I could.

Nothing new to report, been doing peak oriented exercises for my biceps to mix it up. Diet has been bad (not enough carbs, protein still high) so weight is still around 202lbs. Am gonna kick it up next week and log my workouts/diet (hopefully). Im hoping to put on another 5lbs next week and i know i can do it if i stop being a b!tch lol.

So i've been thinking about my pct the wrong way. Ive been hoping to only lose a few pounds during pct when i should really be trying to gain weight during pct. So my pct goals are to gain 5+lbs which should be attainable with a strict diet.

Now i need some advice on my Torem. How would you guys advise me to dose this? Thanks in advance.
 
Cissus for the joints if it wasn't mentioned by now. Im 41 and it's waaaaaay better than gluc, cond,msm. Cant remember where but I got it bulk powder and mix it with water and some lemon juice. Tastes like iced tea.

Day 35 off

My stomach is finally feeling empty, and i dont feel like stomach acid is boiling in it 24/7 lol. My weight is still around 202lbs and I've decided to hit my 210lb mark. Heres my shopping list for tomorrow.

10lbs boneless chicken breast
10 cans of tuna
3 things of creamy peanut butter
2 bags of bagels
3 things of cream cheese
2 boxes instant peaches and cream outmeal

My ideal diet for week 6 will be:

Breakfast- 2 packs of oatmeal + banana +24g whey in water
1pm 50 grams whey isolate + 75g waxymaize in water
2pm 2 tablespoons peanut butter
3pm 8oz chicken + bagel + 3 eggs
4pm 2 tablespoons peanut butter
5pm 8oz chicken + bagel + 3 eggs
7-9pm dinner#1
10:30-11pm dinner#2
12am 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 24g whey in milk + 2 tablespoons olive oil

tomorrow im gonna hit 245lb max on bench, there is no "trying"

Side note: adding close to 30lbs in 5 weeks is quite taxing lol. My joints ache from time to time and i sweat 10x more than ever. Getting comfortable is also hard when it comes to sleeping and showering. My hands fall asleep a lot more often now because of the size i've added, and my arms are so heavy they always feel like they need to be supported by something (like when im trying to sleep on my side) definitely a new experience for me, but i think its due to how fast i gained the weight, not just having the weight in general. Im definitely loving my first cycle and have no regrets, although i always feel like i could push a little more. Will definitely be buying a bottle of Turinabol for this time next year

Then hit 205lbs 8 times. Im definitely feeling motivated to finish this week out strong!

Very possible. The brachial plexus takes the brunt of the force under the clavicle when we don't stretch our pecs enough. There are brachial plexus "testing" positions, usually called the quadrant test, that I have found to be very helpful with these symptoms. I dunno how much luck you guys would have googling them though :think:

Need to check this because I think I have nerve compression in C8 while sleeping and this cause numbness in my fingers and sometime the little finger is totally numb so I have to move to release the compression.

Can you PM me for the link as I did not find anything with google?

Nerve root compression is different than than brachial plexus compression. Not trying to dodge ur question, but that's a broad topic that couldn't adequately be covered via forum or pm.

Not sure that is the root because then I should have pain in shoulders and arm and it is only in fingers...
 
jherman8 You got me motivated and I also joined the Dark Side. I started the same Turinabol dosing cycle you are on with the exception I am also using the topical Dermacrine. Last Monday 215.8 --Monday 4/19 one week later 225.2
