I like it.

Yeah, I'm planning on running a stack for a year {USPLABS} like I did in 2013. I bought and won some products, when I realized how much I had, game on. This is how I built my numbers and destroyed my own records in the multi state powerlifting competitions I competed in. I set them and broke them, competed in 13 contests in a 2.5 year period. All my lifts are recorded whether comp or gym to prove they were real. HOKIEPRIDE IS MY TAG, in every social site. Most significant is YOUTUBE. You can see what I accomplished. It was all during my biggest runs with USPLABS. All I ever use is USPLABS. This is why I am apart of Alphacrew. I ran multiple mini logs. Well, I plan to run a huge one in 2016. My road back to 100% Raw Powerlifitng Federation. I also compete at York Barbell in York Pa. 100% Raw I travel, I've competed in WV, PA, NC, &VA.

Almost made it to OH but I suffered my setback due to job loss and threw me completely off. Then I suffered a ruptured, flexor tendon in left middle finger playing semi pro football for the Indiana Tomahawks, Game 2, May 2. Surgery May 18. Been rehabbing ever since.

First entered the gym in July only able to push the bar with 135 with volatile shaking. Now I'm benching 315 for reps. Haven't tried a max yet. Inclining in same workout. FYI, I hit a 455 Incline {YouTube} pre injury.

So the hype is real. I. Can explain more but I again don't want to hijack your contest log. Let's just say, I'm back. New job, relocating back home once home sells, killing the workouts and no stopping me.Invalid Link Removed

Hokie, we can't say how much we appreciate your continued support and honest feedback. I love seeing your progress, knowing that some key products have helped you along the way!

They all be at USP HQ flavor testing the new flavors of ModernPro, bro...at least that's what Cassie told me ;)

I wish! Can't wait to try the new ones...

HBD CASSIE!

Stacks put more weight on your back in the rack! You'll be on the right track to getting jacked with a fierce iron attack!

Still smacking PRs with the Pink Magic/Ultimate T combo.

Resting to hit final volume set:

Bench Press:
135 x 2 x 10
225 x 2 x 10
275 x 1 x 10
345 x 3 x 10
345 x 1 x 09
315 x 1 x 10
225 x 2 x 20

Damn, major strength on the return. Loving it.

Patience!

I am probably one of the most patient people in this world. USP Labs has one of the best acts of customer service out there. What they do for the AM Community and on social media is unreal. I have never met a company full of outgoing reps, who promote a ton of contests, and give some very legit deals on their IC sales.

Dude I'm just making convo.

Been using Modern Creatine last few days. Smells and mixes so much better than my bulk Betaine Anhydrous! Pretty fine product

My youngest turned 2 today & Im 3.5hrs away working....SIGH.

just so everyone knows what a lunk alarm sounds like...

You know, I can see people being obsessive on their noise levels and all, but the Lunk Alarm is nothing more than judgement of those that are actually trying to push themselves harder and get that extra rep or extra weight. If people are uncomfortable with others trying to better themselves, why the heck are they in a gym?! That's like going to a coffee house and getting upset at the people that are actually drinking coffee and not those froo-froo drinks that have a tiny bit of coffee in them.

I think the reason is because planet fitness caters to beginners and "weekend warrior" type that only works out every so often. I go to planet weakness on the weekend because it is within 3 mins from my home and only cost me $5 a month (my work pays for 1/2) and 99% of the people there are not serious athletes and mostly only do cardio. I would bet a lot of money that most of the folks at planet fitness don't track macros.

I will bet you 95% of all gym members don't track Macros...

had a guy come up to me today and tell me that if you want to move up a weight class (current goal from a LW to a MW) for my next national show
I should eat a pound of chicken, a pizza, and 6 ice cream bars after every leg day

ok bro..

Sounds legit. Wonder how many shows he's won and preps he's overseen to help him arrive at that battle-proven formula for anabolic success

I'm wondering if he was specific on what size of pizza and if it was deep pan, thin crust or in-between? Also, did he say what kind of toppings should be on that pizza? I just must know!
