The stack is serving me well. One week in and strength coming back fast and strong. I went from lifting only 135lbs for flat/Incline 4x10 in July to now benching twice a week Flat/Incline 275x4x10. I only have 50% strength in my left hand from the Flexor Tendon Rupture in my left hand. The Physical Therapist measured my strength Left is 50%/Right 104%. I'm already benching twice a week and my previous in season beginning level. Pre-Injury I was benching 405 for 10 reps.

My injury is humbling. PM/UT for the win. I still can't bend the middle finger on my left hand or close it fully, yet I'm gaining. Going to therapy 3x per week. I waited the required 3 months for healing and it's time to get it in. ALPHACREW 4 LIFE. I'm back and I will continue to look for the USPLABS goodies. Their staples and I will compete in a full meet 2016 at 100% RAW WORLDS POWERLIFTING MEET. 2015 is coming up in two months so I can't compete.

I spend if i were to calculate out my multi's , fishoil, enzymes, probiotic, vitamin D, protein and all my workout nutrition ( stim free or stim Pre/intra/post) would probably be around 20-25$ per week. If he were to pay for them i may use some extra things (bulk powders) to help meet required doses of some ingredients.

An epic stack could look like this:

Bulking:
Anabolic Pump before carb meals (except post-workout)
Modern Creatine (for creatine)
Prime (6 caps a day)
Compound 20 (4 caps a day)
Modern Protein (For protein needs)
Modern BCAA (for fasted training/cardio) and inbetween meals
Jack3d for pre-workout (stim)
Ultimate T (4 caps a day)
Super Cissus (4 caps a day)

For cutting i would replace Jack3d with EpiBurn Pro

i kinda like that idea. but the problem with that is that than people be sitting on machine and benches we want to use and its that other problem.. hanging out in the stuff we want to use.

If all chairs were removed and people are using machines and/or benches then I would not hesitate to politely ask someone to please stand for about 30 sec intervals so I can get my workout. However, with the confidence that I've been getting from UT, I might even ask them to hold onto my water not towel lol.

And thank you for your service. I salute you. (me no military...1 of my regrets...different story)
 
I just want the stims Chris uses! The look in this guy's eyes is intensity times ten.
 
Are you saying this Chris guy would pay for my supplements?. I'd feel bad having someone else pay for my supplements so I wouldn't take any supplements and would spend my budget on food and gym membership fees. I mean if he wanted to pay once, but every week would just make me feel guilty.

This is my entry but I don't want any Ultimate T, can't use it since I'm on TRT.

If Chris Duffin paid for my supplements, I would keep a couple staples, but definitely purchase more bulks to raise up the ingredients in some of what I take. He'd happily pay around $100 a month give or take $20 for me.
 
I would have to say on average $75-100 since its subsidized because the amount I walked with from Vitamin World along with the 20% coupon I had, talking to the reps and getting an additional %10 {Niceness for the win}, and getting another 20% post sale sent to me: I should have been arrested.

This is a great stack, win or lose, I have it to run for 2 months with Pink MAGIC/AP for the ride.
 
The consensus so far looks to be about $100 per month. I think that's fair. I probably use too much protein powder so I might have to pay for that myself, but I'd be stoked if I could have covered:

Glad to hear you are recovering well Hokie! Injuries are no fun.
 
For just general all the time use, I'd say my average supplement cost is around $30 a week or so. There are plenty of times more than that is spent, but at a bare minimum, 24/7/365, about $30 a week covers me. That's a good pre-workout, multi-vitamin, protein, and then a tad extra that would be used for either extra stims or a product like E9 to cover my bases on non-workout days when I'm not getting my creatine, cit mal, HICA, etc.

I'd love to see more health-related things subsidized lol. When you look at the amount of money we save insurance companies by staying as healthy as we can it would be worthwhile on their behalf (though I suppose they figure people like us are going to do it regardless of whether we're compensated or not). I envy those who have insurance companies who pay for their gym memberships. Luckily mine is only 20 a month and an awesome gym, so no complaints on my end. But yes, free gyms and supplements for those who grind it out. Here, here!

Currently, I'm not really spending that much per week. Maybe $10? I've cut back on my supp use quite a bit to take a bit of a breather if you will. That, and been using up some stockpile from rep pay.

Have been using progressively less supps over the last couple months and using what's in my stash so can't imagine I'm averaging more than a few bucks/week on some basic items. That being said could really go for some 'Prime' (c wut I did there?) cuts of steak, that's a supp right? ;) Also I imagine he would also install ModernBCAA fountains in all gyms along with ModernPro stations so anything beyond that would be gravy...not literally though...unless mashed potatoes are included then I wouldn't refuse that, I am human after all.

Ha, yeah if Chris Duffin wants to cover my fruit and veggie cost, I will happily dehydrate them and grind them out into a powder supplement.
 
There should be a two minute maximum implemented for naked old men in the locker room. No more shaving nude in the mirror! No more conversations about the weather with ballsacks hanging!

Killing workouts with the Pink Magic/Ultimate T. I wasn't sure before I put the two together how it was going to work. Sorry, to hijack this thread but damn. It's a killer combo.

I hit Bench for 315 x 10 x 4 {Sets} then hit Incline 275 x 8 x 4 {sets}.

This was just the meat of the workout. Rehab 3 x week and still building wrist strength. It doesn't shake anymore trying to hold the barbell on left side. Still don't have full function of left hand but it's not stopping me from climbing back. I may have to get scar tissue cut out but I'm still working with physical therapists. They can't stop me. I wonder where the strength is now with left grip? Until it is measured again I don't know but I know it's not full because I have a hard time with pulling movements. Pushing is full tilt.
 
Yeah, I'm planning on running a stack for a year {USPLABS} like I did in 2013. I bought and won some products, when I realized how much I had, game on. This is how I built my numbers and destroyed my own records in the multi state powerlifting competitions I competed in. I set them and broke them, competed in 13 contests in a 2.5 year period. All my lifts are recorded whether comp or gym to prove they were real. HOKIEPRIDE IS MY TAG, in every social site. Most significant is YOUTUBE. You can see what I accomplished. It was all during my biggest runs with USPLABS. All I ever use is USPLABS. This is why I am apart of Alphacrew. I ran multiple mini logs. Well, I plan to run a huge one in 2016. My road back to 100% Raw Powerlifitng Federation. I also compete at York Barbell in York Pa. 100% Raw I travel, I've competed in WV, PA, NC, &VA.

Almost made it to OH but I suffered my setback due to job loss and threw me completely off. Then I suffered a ruptured, flexor tendon in left middle finger playing semi pro football for the Indiana Tomahawks, Game 2, May 2. Surgery May 18. Been rehabbing ever since.

First entered the gym in July only able to push the bar with 135 with volatile shaking. Now I'm benching 315 for reps. Haven't tried a max yet. Inclining in same workout. FYI, I hit a 455 Incline {YouTube} pre injury.

So the hype is real. I. Can explain more but I again don't want to hijack your contest log. Let's just say, I'm back. New job, relocating back home once home sells, killing the workouts and no stopping me.Invalid Link Removed
