It’s almost may me tap out twice! It’s not one to do fasted.Bruh. The taskmaster leg day is brutal! Those bulgarian split squat drop set is what did me in, could never recover after that.
Holy crap. I can't imagine trying that fasted. It’s almost may me tap out twice! It’s not one to do fasted.
It was a mistake....then it happened again LMAO!Holy crap. I can't imagine trying that fasted.
I started Taskmaster this week and today is a leg day (I shifted the program so that I have Saturday off). Having done Creeping Death and Omega Beam, I am definitely well fed and have my intra ready to go!It was a mistake....then it happened again LMAO!
I have the below programs. What do you have to trade? Are you looking for these or have these already?
I write out that days training in a notebook beforehand. Since I train at home, I might not have every piece of gym equipment that he uses, so this allows me to get everything straight in my head and think of alternative exercises.So....when you are doing a program, do you guys print it out or look at it on your phone?
I find that scrolling back to where I need to be for that day gets really irritating as you get further into the workout. Especially when you can't see page numbers and every time I leave the document, it starts me back at the beginning for some reason.
Good question.So....when you are doing a program, do you guys print it out or look at it on your phone?

Good idea. The time it takes to do this on a computer will help greatly inside the gym.You can always split the file up too. At least shrinking it down by week would make it more manageable.
I copy and paste that days workout into the notes app on my phone. I can then edit it and record my weights and reps.So....when you are doing a program, do you guys print it out or look at it on your phone?

Ah makes senseBeyonder is program 18, was released a while ago where as gamma bomb was just released (program 29). Beyonder probably doesnt seem like a big release because its a re-release.
Updated List. Looking for Omega Sentinel.
28 Days Later

Taskmaster
Creeping Death
Onslaught
Sentinel
Omega Beam
Annihilation Wave
The Devourer
The Executioner
Program X
I know. It's for the wife.Omega Sentinel is developed for women.
I've seen him program both ways actually. But I believe it's mostly the stop every rep to eliminate momentumWhen john talks rest pause he's meaning to dead stop each rep right? Not perform a set DC style.
Me too! Lol gotta train back today!I'm interested to the new "back training manual". I have a lot of other John Meadows's programs to trade.
Thanks
