Bruh. The taskmaster leg day is brutal! Those bulgarian split squat drop set is what did me in, could never recover after that.

It’s almost may me tap out twice! It’s not one to do fasted.
 
Well just started the last week of taskmaster. It has been great, next week in Meadows world a deload and then right into Onslaught.

So....when you are doing a program, do you guys print it out or look at it on your phone?

I find that scrolling back to where I need to be for that day gets really irritating as you get further into the workout. Especially when you can't see page numbers and every time I leave the document, it starts me back at the beginning for some reason.

I write out that days training in a notebook beforehand. Since I train at home, I might not have every piece of gym equipment that he uses, so this allows me to get everything straight in my head and think of alternative exercises.
 
I hear you, i find myself studying it the night before But I still have to check my phone 2-3 times a workout to double check reps and technique. I probably look like one of those douchebags looking at my phone in the gym but whatever. When I get towards the mid end of the routine and scrolling thru 100 pages to get to where you gotta be I screen shot the pages I need for the day, makes it easier

I’ve been thinking about how i want to give one of them a try. I had a sample of legs 28 days later and it sucked scrolling and going back and forth with a phone pdf.
Maybe printing is the way to go..but would hate to waste paper and ink.

I copy and paste that days workout into the notes app on my phone. I can then edit it and record my weights and reps.
 
Beyonder is program 18, was released a while ago where as gamma bomb was just released (program 29). Beyonder probably doesnt seem like a big release because its a re-release.

Anyone used it in the ‘offseason’ if so how did they get on with it?
