I sucked it up and did the **** I didn't want to do , thankfully my gym has a cold tank and I just let those suckers soak post workout .

Leg extensions 120 3x10
Leg curl 140 3x10
Hs calf raise 270 5x20
Ab roller 3x10
Oblique twist 20lbs 2x30
Crunches 3x30

Yes I am noted as a pretty feisty person up here. Pretty much an odd ball anywhere I go, I'm good with it :) Any less would be Doug Lite and I can't abide that shyte hehe. Canadians are funny people though, polite as hell and then you stick a pair of skates on them and give them a stick and they turn into Vikings.

What's up am is now day 23! My weight is down a bit now at 197 , my estro has been up a tad bit ( sensitivity in my right nip , low libido and some bloat) pretty sure it's from last pct as I personally didn't use and AI. I have however ordered some pharma Adex and have micro dosed some clomid I had at the house and that's been surprisingly helpful, helped get rid of nipple sensitivity and I have lost some water weight . Today I did back and Bi's with 3 caps of hydro and boy was it refreshing . Haven't had a good session like this since I started work and it has my mind on track for these last 7 days of well my first 30 days on Cerberus .

Delts are rounding out it seems ,arms are getting bigger, quads are more defined . Everything's coming along nicely , gonna be adding in some extra epiandro the next 4 weeks
 
The epi will dry you out and give you a harder look. It's best for when your leanness peaks but will clean you up some even when you aren't at your peak.
 
Day 25
Backs been taking a beating this past week cause of work , I need to get some better shoes for inside the kitchen . Legs today was awesome, my quads are killing me and I seem to be getting leaner more vascular. I'm allready pretty veiny to begin with . Still not used to his morning thing haha but I'll get the hang of it , time to go eat and nap haha

Looking forward to adding it in , wait gain has been kinda stalling . Appetite isn't as strong as it was at the beginning of the cycle , I'm thinking next 4 weeks I start working towards recouping by lowering calories just a tad, the 19nor does seem to be having a good strength/fat burning duality too it . I like it .
 
Are you running it at 8 weeks, starting with PCT?

I getcha now, you were talking about epiando... Is your diet completely clean? Is that why you're having trouble getting your target calories in.

Yeah I'm tryina to eat clean and not bunch of junk , I essentially could eat like **** but I'd rather not . My diet aside from some snacks and a cheat meal consists of usually chicken beef or fish , white brown rice some sort of veggies , breakfast is usually eggs and oatmeal , that's bout all I eat haha . And working 8 hour shifts in the kitchen I have time to eat before I go in and time to eat when I clock out . I find myself trying to make up for missed calories allot at night when I'm getting off work .
 
I mix 2 scoops of whey in my cup of morning oats so basically 600 calories right off the bat, then eggs 3 hours later and then chicken & brown rice 2 hours after that.

In all honesty the kid is a stud! Good looking, well built, ridiculously talented and rich! Why not be compared to him. Most people dog on him for being on fitness magazine covers and not being super jacked but hell the kid works hard for it just like we all do. Being compared to a pretty boy is always a compliment...

Is there a rule against naming a company?! I saw egg white int. At the Arnold, you can drink those right out the container.
