Thanks, man. Feeling a little bloated and fat this week, but thinking that being able to get back on the cardio wagon this week will alleviate that problem pretty quickly.

Slept most of yesterday away and couldn’t fall asleep last night because of it, so I’m running on 0 hours of overnight sleep. Wanted to start trying to do workouts in the AM anyway, so started today.

No cardio because I have to shower and get ready for work. Will likely try to squeeze in my 30 minutes at the apartment gym this evening when I get home.

Not a bad day, all things considered.
 
I hate it when your sleep schedule gets messed up but it seems to have accidentally worked out in this instance. Hope your day goes well and you are not too exhausted.

I’m sure I’ll be running on some combination of caffeine and pure rage by lunch time. Expecting to get slammed with work that was not handled well while I was out.
 
Knocked the **** out last night and didn’t make it to the gym this morning (but was up relatively early). Will probably try to go this evening, but hopefully not so late that I can’t sleep at a reasonable hour.

Legs wasn’t bad. Can’t do BSS, so just did flat split squats on the smith. Finishing up my 30 minutes of incline treadmill now, then hopefully off to bed.
 
Way to keep at it Sir! Sometimes you have to run off of caffeine and rage. it is also good for the soul, you have to burn some of that rage off in a positive way or somebody gonna get hurt.

Probably not going to the gym today and just taking medication and resting and hoping this is not a lasting thing.

Feeling better, but not quite 100%. Strength was meh today and had a hard time repeating sets. Did my silly 30 minutes of cardio anyway.

Not coughing much anymore, just sore throat and some mild congestion at this point.

It's definitely going around. Saw similar in someone else's log on here. My son also had a 24 hr thing that came with a lot of chest congestion.

Up for an early morning closing today, so knocked legs out after. Got probably 2-3 hours of sleep, but feel relatively well rested.

No cardio this morning, but might try to squeeze it in after work.

Adductor machine still hard to gauge weight-wise. Gets very hard, very fast. Don’t know what crack pipe I was smoking last time when I logged 110 on the Arsenal leg curl, because there is no way in hell I did that for 8.

No cardio today, gym closed early. Might mean an hour tomorrow to make up, but more likely means just no cardio today because cardio sucks anyway.

Yesterday’s leg session. Didn’t end up doing cardio at the gym, but did some later in the evening (if you know what I mean).
 
Good to see the hamstring issue seems to have cleared up.

Got about 10 minutes of cardio in. Lower back too pumped up after everything else to push through.

Might try to do it after work.
 
Got another calorie bump from coach this week. Up to ~3800 from the ~3500 we’ve been at for the last month or so.

Either gonna get big and strong or fat and strong. Jury’s out.

Brutal week of work last week. Didn’t get done earlier than 2am a single day except Friday (logged off at 9pm).

No gym for obvious reasons. Also recovering from another respiratory bug that I picked up towards the end of the week.

Started PCT today, so will see where we sit after that.

Upper today. No cardio because I’m tired and it’s late and I don’t feel like it.

Wrapping up cardio now and then back to work. Thinking another long night.

New mesocycle for training with a bit more of a back and trap focus. Will see how this goes with everything else that’s going on in Q4.

anything you can do is better than doing nothing and at least leaves you in better position when you are able to hit it hard and consistent again. Kudos to you for the hard work on the job though. I know it's a grind-
