Plus, it would be my first MAN product. I've always been interested but never pulled the trigger. (OG PR, Pre's) And its just so well named for what I want in the gym :srs:

Wow, put on some IcyHot before heading to the gym and felt all right, but about halfway through (started during the BP) my RC was screaming at me between sets. Definitely going to have to take it easy for a little while. Had a mild discomfort at the top of the DL yesterday, will post up some of the vids after they upload to YouTube.

Gonna alternate ice/heat with the shoulder tonight.

Got a jump tomorrow morning (lame), going to the track for some sprints afterwards. Headed to the PA on Monday to have my shoulder looked at (although I know they won't do anything about it), I figure I'll be able to get a little time to rehab it on my own. Figure I'll have them check this knee out while I'm there.

No sprinting yesterday.

Jump got pushed to the right by 2 hours so we didn't load until 1100. Weather was good, jump was terrible.

Crashed into the ground and watched all the guys who jumped before me drift slowly down.

My shoulder hurts, and my knee isn't my friend. Oh well, just another day lol.
 
Did nothing today, such a bum. Gonna foam roll tonight before bed, ready to start back up tomorrow. Suggest you do something for that shoulder. And I'll have my notebook finally

Went in today and made up the work I missed yesterday. For those who haven't seen it elsewhere, I am pulling guard shifts from 2200-0200 every night for the next couple of weeks. I don't know how that is going to affect my schedule as of right now, but I don't expect good things from it. Cut today's workout short by 1 complex.

Never got a chance to see the PA yet, so yeah. Muscle Rub and Anti Inflammatory Meds for me right now.

Got a couple of the box squats on video, I will upload them and post them up eventually lol. (today or tomorrow)

Lol I kicked the top box off and landed on the one under it with my feet 2 feet in front of my torso. Then immediately fell on my back from 4' up lol.

Hurt like hell. Just 2" higher than what I could make today.
