How are you liking the short workouts going to failure each set is giving me crazy pumps 5 sets on lats yesterday and they have been swoll all day today
Forgot to post I did 25 mins low intensity cardio last night. Fast walk, high incline on the treadmill.
Tonight I went the other way with my weights. I started heavy and worked my way down.
Flat bb bench-
315 x 6
275 x 8
225 x 12
Bent over rows-
295 x 6
265 x 8
225 x 15
Reverse grip pull-ups-
8,7,6
Seated shoulder press in smith machine-
95 3 sets 20
DB V-rows-
20's 3 sets 20
Didn't feel real strong over all tonight. But was up at 6a for work and not used to getting to work early in the morning haha. Came home about 3:30 and would of rather taken a nap then hit the gym but made myself go. Going to be getting some more suspension here soon, it always makes a difference in my aggression and mood to lift
