Day 4 PCT Thoughts
Great workout, I was going to go to grappling at night as well but was running late and was super busy. But 2 PR's is great!
Effects
The pumps were awesome as always with Creatine Nitrate, I've used Pump-bol everyday the last few days and about 30min after I use it.....well it goes right through me, I think it's because of the high magnesium and thats at 1 scoop it still went through me, so I will try half a scoop this time.
