Jdg's 26 Week Prep

Always after if I cook 2lbs of ground sirloin or chicken thighs I always lose a ton of weight just draining off the fat
 
Honestly, I don't believe it matters. Just, whatever you decide (weigh before or after) do that consistently.

FWIW I weigh mine after as well
 
I used to weigh it before. I found I'd only lose 2oz per 8oz of chicken and less for beef (I eat it almost raw ). But I switched to counting after and it's easier and made no difference.
 
If you use one of the programs for tracking then meats are based on "prepared". Grains are measured dry.

You look a little smaller but it also look like quad and Lat definition is greater. It what contest prep is about I'm going through the same thing but it it will pay off when your on stage shredded to the bone
 
On your front lat spread, your right shoulder is higher than your right and your not getting the best opening of your lats. Also, don't for get to flex your right pec, you can clearly see your flexing your left tho.

Yeah I am still working getting my mandatorys down, As for my chest I had gyno surgery on my left side and have gyno pretty bad that i am fighting on my right side. Though I still may not have been flexing it as hard,

It sucked. I live in a small town. Had it done here. He went to deep and got into the muscle instead of just taking out the gland/tissue. Until my chest got bigger there was a pretty big 'divot' there. You can still tell a little just not as bad.

Ok so my metabolism is on fire right now!! Weighed this morning at the gym and I have lost 18lbs in 3 weeks!! Last week I was doing cardio but only once a day and I think five days. I am cutting it back, starting my new diet and adding in extra carbs on leg day. If I continue to lose 5+ lbs a week I will cut out cardio all together. I really dont want to be 155 on stage. That 50lbs I would lose. I have already lost 28lbs and I didn't think I had that much to lose haha

Yep you got below your body's set weight point. That is great I think we have both just hit the point in prep where the weight loss won't be as bad because this is where the real definition starts to set in. being able to see more cuts and more striations each week really helps with the "

Yes it is hard looking back knowing I lost size. I lost 8lbs last week!!!!! I have no freaking idea what is going on. I talked to my brother and we are adding a little more to my diet. 1 Cup dry oats, and two tbs coconut oil to 2 meals. Also cutting cardio back to 3 times this week. If I lose over 5lbs again, I will add more into my diet.
 
I had to cut back on cardio too my coach didn't like the weight dropping so fast. I was reading an article from Victor martinez and he said hany ramrod had hI'm taking in more carbs and doing less cardio. then he was used to for prep and people were saying his conditioning was the best in years for that contest

SIngle leg squats- in smith machine
135 2 x 10

Leg press- 30 sec rests
8 plates 5 x 10

Calf raises in leg press-
8 plates 3 x 12


Like I said, I was weak. I know this is part of the process, but damn, I still have 8 weeks to go. Hopefully getting some carbs back in me daily will help.
 
Waist looks smaller for sure, lats are a bit of an issue but you can correct some of that with posing like tyg said.

Man I fell behind.

I also weigh after. Makes absolutely no sense to me to weigh before you cook it down. Like Turff said, it's usually measures prepared anyway.

Sell it, buy a cruiser. Married with kids now, you need something a "little" safer. Me myself, I like the Road Kings lol!

Decent workout. Tried some CL GlycerGlow 2 today. Only did a half a scoop so I didn't notice much. I'll try a full scoop next time.
 
I really need to remember to tighten my glutes.
Back lats looks good. Still can't get front to work.

I feel like you're driving your elbows down in your lat spread. Dig your thumb or knuckles into your obliques while pulling your up and forward to get you're scapula to rotate down and out.

Thanks man, I am going to the gym here in a bit and will do some posing. I'll try to change it up and see if I can get a better lat spread.





Changing from Prami to caber. I am not to sure the prami is legit. I have seen a lot of different dosing on the Caber. What's your all's opinion on it?

Yes I see that the elbows are very low on the spread as well. I also agree that you leaning is coming along splendidly
 
Didn't get to do any posing at the gym, the room I use was in use the whole time I was there. I'll go back tonight.

Had a decent back workout. Started strong then got tired quick.

You know I have almost exactly 10 weeks 69 days left today I think I'm going to roll with the stack im on I'm liking how I look with the trest/dien. I did up the dosage 3 days ago though

So to give a little background. I just started running test last fall. I had planned on competing and started a 16 week cycle going into my show. So I wasn't actually bulking per se. I ended up not competing. Well then I had planned to do this show. So i never came off ;) So I haven't actually gotten to go on a long bulking cycle yet while being :on: So I plan on blowing the fck up after my show!!!!
The only thing that will put that off is if I do the Mayhem in KC two months later. My brother and a few other people i know are competing in it so I may hold my diet and do it with them.

2900ish calories/day this week. Cardio 1 day 10min and down 3lbs this week. ?
