On your front lat spread, your right shoulder is higher than your right and your not getting the best opening of your lats. Also, don't for get to flex your right pec, you can clearly see your flexing your left tho.
Yeah I am still working getting my mandatorys down, As for my chest I had gyno surgery on my left side and have gyno pretty bad that i am fighting on my right side. Though I still may not have been flexing it as hard,
It sucked. I live in a small town. Had it done here. He went to deep and got into the muscle instead of just taking out the gland/tissue. Until my chest got bigger there was a pretty big 'divot' there. You can still tell a little just not as bad.Ouch. How was the gyno surgery?
Ok so my metabolism is on fire right now!! Weighed this morning at the gym and I have lost 18lbs in 3 weeks!! Last week I was doing cardio but only once a day and I think five days. I am cutting it back, starting my new diet and adding in extra carbs on leg day. If I continue to lose 5+ lbs a week I will cut out cardio all together. I really dont want to be 155 on stage. That 50lbs I would lose. I have already lost 28lbs and I didn't think I had that much to lose haha
Yep you got below your body's set weight point. That is great I think we have both just hit the point in prep where the weight loss won't be as bad because this is where the real definition starts to set in. being able to see more cuts and more striations each week really helps with the "
