That's 5lbs since Monday. I believe I need to add some carbs in. Last week was hectic so all I was eating and was protein (chicken fish beef)and veggies.
190 and shreaded to the bone is no joke. I used to enjoy being 190 bloated and carb loaded

It is exhausting trying to put energy into both! Respect.
You look great btw and right on track to come in very lean for your show.

Absolutely, I am shooting for 200 contest weight this year but 190 had me pretty damn big in 2013.

How tall r u again?
Btw any guesses on my BF% ??
You're abs are throwing to a bit, maybe 8% to 9% could be lower as you are leaner everywhere else and from the side your abs look more defined.
Leanings and out quick though
Ok so I did 10 mins stair climber last night. Came to the gym to do cardio this morning and weighed in first. Not sure what's going on but I'm 185. Down 4lbs from Sunday !!??. Before I couldn't lose weight now I'm losing to quick!!!
there you go, could have been lighting in that other pic you might be as low as 7% ... doesn't matter though aim for 1% lol. Gott look like a freak![]()
Your body might have got below it set point I have a weight where it is very hard for me to budge but as soon as I get below that weight I can she'd weight like crazy
do you think your holding water? intracellular, intercellular, or both?
Dude, you just keep getting better.. the hard work is paying off
No gym or cardio tonight. My son's real mom came into town tonight to see him, so I spent the evening at the bowling alley watching them bowl and then ate suppper (separetly of course).
I have tomorrow off so I am revising my diet and will be able to get some cardio and lifting in..
An off day never hurt anyone, especially when you have been training as hard as you have! What sort of diet revisions are you thinking of making?
my off days include shoveling all this snowYep off days are good I have mandatory off days otherwise I'd over work
Oh ya!! I am going to up my protein though, I am afraid I am going to start losing muscle dropping weight this quick.

Protein should be higher yes and plenty of BCAA's pre, during and after workouts you can take them first thing in the morning and before bed too.
You know how uncomfortable it is to wear a pair of jeans that are about 3 sizes to big?? Even with a belt it drives me crazy! I bought bigger jeans last fall because I couldn't wear the ones i had. With a belt i was on the first notch. Now I am on the fourth with a tad bit of play!![]()
I know the feeling I had to put a hole in my belt because my waist has gone down like 7 or 8 inches
Ok revised diet. Added in a few protein shakes and going to stay at about 150 carbs a day for a few weeks and see what happens. From the scales I have lost at least five lbs again. I will know for sure when I weigh in Monday morning.
1 cup egg whites, 3 whole eggs, protein shake 2 scoops
4oz turkey burger, 4 oz deer burger, 1 cup broccoli
8oz chicken, 8oz sweet potato
8oz tilapia, salad with vinergirette dressing
2 tbs peanut butter, protein shake (2 scoops)
Total
2,666 Cals
73.9 Fats
141.0 Carbs
327.7 Protien
Is that maintenance below maintenance?
I think that is below your maint once you figure in the added cardio you've been doing. That's is right about maintenance for me I believe.

after. There's a lot of water in everything to make it heavier and more expensiveGot a question for you guys that weigh your food. May sound stupid but do you weigh it before you cook it or after?
