Yeah they were pretty tough. On top of it, as soon as he would see me "shaking" during a pose, he would make me hold it even longer !! It was good though, I wish he was here all the time to help push me.
We all went out for dinner tonight. Except for the huge mug of Blue Moon

I had a pretty decent dinner. Steak, steamed veggies and a salad.
We went over my diet, changed up a few things, and am going to start sending him pics weekly. Even though I don't have a so called "coach" he is very close to one, plus he qualified for nationals and wants to push me as far as I can go, and then some..
My endurance sucks right now. Even on the "relaxed" 1/4 turn poses I had a hard time staying tight. We went through all the 1/4 turns twice, then the mandatorys several times. I have got to get them down though, your posing on stage can make or brake you, along with conditioning and symmetry.
