Been awhile since I ran a log and last couple failed. But I have lots of time now and will have no issue logging :D

Weights between 206lb and 212lb in the mornings, depends if I have a low or high carb day, but it's been sticking around that.


GOALS in this log,
-Stick to my diet better
-Get Leaner
-Maintain Strength
-Focus on boxing and grappling a little more
-Possibility that I may do another grappling comp if my lower back holds up....


I most likely need surgery on my right knee, I'm limited to training legs, I try to do a light workout once a week on legs, but knee therapy doesn't seem to be doing the trick. Cat scan did show I probably need surgery. But for now I can do upper body, light lower body, running, boxing and grappling with no knee pain. I do have a couple bulging disc's... but as long as I work my lower back consistently it seems to hold up. Sadly no heavy deads or squats for me anymore :(

In about a month I will try a run of MASS 550 :D

Day 1 Thoughts
Wahh STIMUL8 is the real deal, half scoop and I sweat like crazy, amazing energy and focus. I can't wait to try 3/4th of a scoop, I'm afraid to try a full scoop :lol: stacked with Max Pump... holy crap pumps and vascularity was nuts tonight. For day 1 this combo is epic.


I don't have a set routine right now... if it's not sore I train it, thats how my routine has been lately lol

Right now with my weight around 206-210, it's 16 and a half inches not pumped. Not sure what it is pumped, probably around 17 1/4th. When I was at 225 they were 17 not pumped.

Arms have always been my strongest lifts.

Wahh STIMUL8 is STRONG! I'll be sticking with half scoop, 3/4th scoop was a little too much for me, but damn did I get a wicked sweat in... Just trying to get back into the boxing and grappling, so fun getting back into it :) Taking it slow.

Thoughts
Loving STIMUL8, I normally don't react well to yohimbine but so far it's going good, I love the fat burning thermo effect I get, I sweat so much more during my workout with STIMUL8.

Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow, maybe some grapplings, I'll see.... my legs are shocked from jumping squats on top the picnic table omg... normally my right knee doesn't react well but it didn't hurt near as much as it normally does :D

Today was a good day, still have high energy about an hour after my workout, love this stuff!

Nice run on ya... 8mph intervals is no joke!
Best I've done with 8mph is 16 min straight, I'd eventually like to be able to stick with 8mph for 20min and work my way up to 9mph for 20min one day lol

I wanted to try something new, went light weight super high reps, talk about some crazy pumps and just mentally frustrating getting to 100 reps lol. It was a good little workout. Loving STIMUL8 and no pump product can compare to how good MAX PUMP is.

No pauses, constant reps, try going really fast the first 50-70 reps but than I slow down once the burning kicks in lol.

This is a totally different workout than I've tried before and I woke up today looking bigger and leaner, really looked full and dry, shocked because I found I've been feeling flat and when I cheat meal I just get bloated. But I had a big cheat meal last night and looked better this morning, it must have been that workout, just shocked my body lol.


btw it's barbell just 60 pounds, not the 60's dumbbells

Ever try taking some pre-sex? I find a couple caps can help get that NO2 effect going a a bit like viagra.

Never tried presex. Prebed I find I wake up a little dryer and veiny... and if I knock out a morning session it is like double dosing.
