Yeah cashews are very tasty! I always pick them out of the mixed nuts first. Usually gets me in trouble with my wife but oh well! Lol!
I hear that Nutella is pretty good have yet to try it myself.
 
I haven't tried it either. GF makes home made chex like every weekend. It's amazing and pretty healthy if I didn't it all the box whenever I ate some
 
Day 5 - 1/11/1
Today was a rest day for me. Hit up the Y for some basketball for around a hour. Diet isn't accurate today because I went to my sister's for dinner and didn't bother counting servings for Spaghetti and meatballs.

What I meant was how there is like 4 ingredients, each have different serving sizes etc. It'd be hard to tell how many calories I was eating

I love working up to one heavy a$$ barbell shrug then drop a plate and go to failurethen repeat. 405 down to 135...now thats a trap pump!!!LOL

Going to give this a shot. My upper traps refuse to get higher(However you want to word that) so drop sets might be a good idea.
 
I found the thing that made my traps explode was extra vertical pushing. I don't think I ever did shrugs till about 2 years ago but people ALWAYS said I had HUGE traps. Never took any PH/DS till about 2 years ago as well so it can't be androgen saturation on cycle.
My shoulder workout had 4 pushing exercises.
Bar or DB, (usually DB I could rep 80lb dbs for 10s haha)
Straight push machine
Circular push machine (the one where your arm moves in an oval up mimicking a DB press motion)
Hammer

Then I would do 4 pulls with shoulders

usually
db lateral raises (all 3)
Flyes
Reverse pec dec
cable work

Granted I worked out shoulders BY IT SELF, the biggest my traps ever looked before I only did that workout.
now I do shrugs, but I think my trap size comes from heavy deadlifts. Who knows though lol.

Thanks for the tip, going to start adding some push exercises to my trap routine.

I normally deadlift pretty heavy on my back days. Thats actually my original reason for starting deadlifts lol
 
Took a nap yesterday(Day 7 - 1/13/12) because I didn't feel good. Slept through the day and didn't get to the gym, nap definitely helped some so I'm going to do Back/Tris/Calves today to make up for it.
 
Finally hit Back / Tris. Going to eat dinner and then I'll post up my usual info plus a week summary of what I've noticed so far.

Saw a guy do 4plates today for 4. Nuts to see that dangling between somebody's legs. I'm kind of glad I can still use DBs instead of having to put the chain through plates.

Today is my 8th day on M1P and here is a little review.
-To get the bad over with first, there has yet to really be any side effects to mention(Knock on wood). Only thing is, I've gotten two pimples on my back and I don't think I've ever had any on my back that I could notice before. Either way that isn't a big deal to me. Libido is the same, no shut down, no anger issues.

The pros so far would have to be that my upper body seems to be getting more vascular. My Chest/Shoulders seem to be getting more veins every day. I have been feeling stronger lately, and my back work out felt great. Definitely interested in seeing whats to come in the next few weeks. This morning I weighed 165.4 and I don't seem to be gaining bodyfat. So +1.3 pounds the first week with a diet around 2.2k-2.5k calories.
 
SO I know you love the muscle fullness. Only 8 days and already PUMPIN!!! Oh yeah buddy. More fun to come, FOr sure!!!
 
Not bad weight gain, is that how many calories you usually eat when not on cycle?
 
Day 9 - 1/15/12
Today is a regular rest day for and hopefully it will help finish off this cold. Just going to be watching NFL and then a movie later tonight for the day.

Being sick sucks, i've missed the gym two days in a row. Nothing is stopping me today from getting there for sure. Keep up the goodwork Jay.

Nice squat numbers..Last time I hit 315..my knees(wrapped up an all) said no way..havnt squated since...about a month now. Feeling alot better today all that cardio from boxing really opened me up..feel like a million bucks( that cant move..LOL)

Yeah my knees are actually starting to get sore. Cold weather and arthritis = no bueno. I've been considering getting sleeves but every time I mention them to gym pals I get called names lol

Yeah, nice. But I'm more impressed by the deadlift #s! Great lifts!!!

Nothing noticeable yet for strength, I'm starting to think this would be great for somebody recomp'ing. Who knows though, still plenty of time left for that to change.

Give it sometime BigT gained like crazy on it. But everyone does respond to everything differently. I had an epic recomp on 5aOHP myself.
 
Day 12 - 1/18/12
Today is my usual day off from lifting with some cardio. I was complaining to the gf about not wanting to go for a run, so she convinced me go to this 'spin' class thing. 22 girls, one other dude, lights nearly off with music blairing, sh^t got real. lol
