Today was a rest day for me. Hit up the Y for some basketball for around a hour. Diet isn't accurate today because I went to my sister's for dinner and didn't bother counting servings for Spaghetti and meatballs.

Going to give this a shot. My upper traps refuse to get higher(However you want to word that) so drop sets might be a good idea.I love working up to one heavy a$$ barbell shrug then drop a plate and go to failurethen repeat. 405 down to 135...now thats a trap pump!!!LOL
Thanks for the tip, going to start adding some push exercises to my trap routine.I found the thing that made my traps explode was extra vertical pushing. I don't think I ever did shrugs till about 2 years ago but people ALWAYS said I had HUGE traps. Never took any PH/DS till about 2 years ago as well so it can't be androgen saturation on cycle.
My shoulder workout had 4 pushing exercises.
Bar or DB, (usually DB I could rep 80lb dbs for 10s haha)
Straight push machine
Circular push machine (the one where your arm moves in an oval up mimicking a DB press motion)
Hammer
Then I would do 4 pulls with shoulders
usually
db lateral raises (all 3)
Flyes
Reverse pec dec
cable work
Granted I worked out shoulders BY IT SELF, the biggest my traps ever looked before I only did that workout.
now I do shrugs, but I think my trap size comes from heavy deadlifts. Who knows though lol.

I've been considering getting sleeves but every time I mention them to gym pals I get called names lolNice squat numbers..Last time I hit 315..my knees(wrapped up an all) said no way..havnt squated since...about a month now. Feeling alot better today all that cardio from boxing really opened me up..feel like a million bucks( that cant move..LOL)

Nothing noticeable yet for strength, I'm starting to think this would be great for somebody recomp'ing. Who knows though, still plenty of time left for that to change.Yeah, nice. But I'm more impressed by the deadlift #s! Great lifts!!!

Exactly! Plus, a majority of the girls are in like yoga pants. Even though I was with my gf it was all I could think about lolSounds like a night club but the girls to guys ratio is waaaaaaay better!
