Not sure yet. I honestly never max my reps out so I only know my 1 rep maxes. I'm going for some new ones next week and we'll see where I am at.some nice big #s there my friend. How much have your lifts gone up since M1P?
Keep working it into PCT so you dont lose much.
I used to do that, I'd start at 45s go down to 10s, then go back up the rack to 45s.
I'm thinking next monday I'm going to do a drop-set of cambered bar curls, anybody ever do something similar for biceps?
Used to do curls with others in a round. Put a 10 lb plate on each side of the curl bar and start with 15 curls. I know it sounds way too light of weight but bare with me here. Once done pass the bar to the next guy to do 15 reps and so on. When it gets back to you, you do 14 then 13 all the way down to 1. Then after you get to 1, go back up to 15. So, by the time you get back up to doing 15 reps, you've done 240 reps! Works great with 2-3 guys to really get some peer pressure and a good pace.
some positive peer pressure is always a good thing. I do something similar by myself with things like curls and side raises, really gets the burn going along with the pump.
I used to play 21 with friends in High School with 55lbs. I do one rep, next does 2, 3rd person does 3 and then I do 4 and so on. If I had to workout at night I prob wouldn't train......I train before work or during my lunch.I actauallt love the weekend because of morning workouts. Feels niec got a good workout in then have the rest of the day to do whatever. Dont have to rush a workout because its getting late.
Yeah, most days I'm busy from 6am-5pm. So I either have early mornings or late afternoons to lift. But recently, late afternoons(My usual time) have been filled with pencils and girls who belong in the zumba class.I train after work now.

Paused 315 pretty easy so I put on 325, unracked it and felt like my shoulder died painfully so I reracked it and left pissed off.
Day 24 - 1/31/12
Squatted 400 ATG! I'm in the 400 club or does it have to be over 400? I did have sleeves on but it still counts. Some huge dude walked through and watched me to do it. He literally told me he thought I was going to do a third of a squat and still not get it so I impressed him. But then he told me that's his warm up and he walked away. Anyways, it made up for my shoulder not letting me get 325 yesterday. Nothing else to really mention as far as the work out goes. Did random little bits afterwards and left to celebrate with a Oreo Blizzard
Going to just wait until I run out of M1P to give a full review on how it's treating me, affecting my lifts, etc :sly:
