Jason's Spring Bulk/Cut Cycle: P-Plex, Tren, H-Drol

maybe you just werent good at it? im not pro....but im better than all my friends i play with. i workout so i guess that why? i def added yards to my drive throughout this cycle! hahaha my drives are around 250-275. thats not great but when my friends are only throwing 200 and less. i can almost tomahawk as far as they drive lmao

I'm all right, I just never liked golf of any sorts (guess i don't like the concept). I don't mind hitting a few balls out at the driving range from time to time.

i have some older adams gold clubs. got the 3 and 4 iron hybrids....i LOVE that 3 iron hybrid omg. i can smoke that thing almost as far as some of my drives. thats like my go to off the tee. but i have a r7 driver. its alittle out dated too...but i cant keep up with technology in golf lol. i can beast that thing too. i def need to go hit some tommorow. thanks for the idea!!! tomm is an off day anyways(always seem to hit further on cycle hmm wonder why). crushed back today

My joints went through hell today, and hurt like never before during presses. My strength and recovery were definitely there as I did Incline Bench yesterday. It was the initial press up from my chest that hurt the most.. pain in my wrists and mostly forearms. I can truly say that if it weren't for my joints, I would be setting new bench pr's today. I was going to do flat db presses today, but decided against them as they always put more stress into my joints. My joints mainly hurt during my chest exercises.. they weren't as bad on my bi/tri sesh. I set 4 more new pr's today - 3 on triceps, 1 on biceps. My strength is for sure stagnant now due to my joints. My quads feel much better today, but my right ankle is hurting worse than yesterday. I want to hit front squats tomorrow, so i'll be sure to wrap that bad boy up.

I am cancelling to get my blood work done tomorrow, and will reschedule sometime next week, or perhaps after PCT.

I am intrigued that my weight is still going up at the rate it is during this last week of my cycle - 205 is in hands reach.

As for my joints, I will keep dosing the same until the end of next week.. if I need to bump up during PCT, then that will be exactly what I do.

I'm not sure what's killing me more today: my fiance or my right ankle. Aside from that, my workout went easy today and quick. I went light on hams and did a couple sets for my calves - which hurt the fk out of my ankle. My ab sesh went well. I really wanted to hit front squats today, but i'm glad i didn't, for my ankle would only be more fked. Had another nosebleed today, so I decided to split up my HD in two separate doses of 75mg each, instead of taking all 150mg at once as I have been.

Tomorrow I will hit delts/traps/back/forearms and maybe throw in a few hanging leg raises. Sunday I will take off and take updated pictures.

I'm still debating whether to start my PCT on sunday or monday.:dunno:

(took me a couple days to read through the whole thing) Amazing results man! I could definetely live with the gains you made just by week 4. So does the tren keep the water retention down from p-plex? How much fat, if any, would you say you've gained?

yes, i've got pics... but, you lot will have to wait until the end of my PCT run as i'll post up pictures AFTER cycle and AFTER pct for comparison. six weeks to go starting tomorrow!

thanks! i am swole as all hell now:). as for PP, i would have to say it's not as wet as most say. but to answer your question, yes, the tren does help keep you dried out. i would say i've gained about 5 or so pounds of fat due to a NASTY diet. during my run with the tren/pp i dirty dieted the heck out of it, because of work complications.. i had no time to cook my own meals, so fast food was the only answer to my hunger. i broke the "clean diet" promise to myself as my diet was only real clean during weeks five and six. i've put maybe an inch around my waist, but i'm still very pleased with the rest of my results. i will work very hard during pct to drop those bf %'s.

End of week 7 reviews:

It's been a fun ride, but this cycle is now coming to an end. I've started PCT today. Week seven brought me more joint pain than the past few weeks, and my right ankle is still hurting. I've put on twenty-four pounds, five of which I'll guestimate are fat, until I get my BF% checked. My body is looking a lot bigger and leaner. Work has prohibited much of my clean, ideal diet during this cycle; I'm completely happy with the results though. I didn't have the chance to get into the gym today, so my workout will continue tomorrow on.

I've set my Bench (335x1) and Squat (500x1) PR goals, but 25lbs off of my Deadlift (425/450)which I think I can still obtain during pct. My other goals were:

1) Pack On More Weight (LBM)
2) Under 10% BF (smaller waist, build lower abs/obliques)
3) Bigger Arms (mainly biceps & forearms)
4) Wider Back
5) More Strength and Size

Results: 0-100% Scale

1) 75% (packed on unwanted fat)
2) 0% (bigger waist, but more defined abs)
3) 95% (bigger and more visible biceps and triceps)
4) 90% (back is much wider)
5) 100% (strength skyrocketed and so did size)

Q: Would I recommend this cycle to anyone?
A: Definitely not to a virgin.
Q: If I could have changed up this cycle, what would I have personally done?
A: Ran the cycle at six weeks - Tren 90/90/90/90/90/90, HD 50/75/100/100/100/100, PP 0/0/20/30/30/40
Also, I would have preloaded a lot more joint supps, and taken in more fish oils along with doubling up on joint supports.
I would have upped the HB's when I upped the HD.
Q: Pros and Cons for me?
A: Pros = euphoria, big gains in strength and size, alpha-male feeling, good aggression as good motivation at times
Cons = minor acne (all the way through), aching joints (during last few weeks), lethargy (off and on all the way through), strange dreams (" "), nosebleeds (during last week), itching (during last 1.5-2 weeks)
Q: How did I dose everything?
A: PP split up evenly, Tren split up evenly, HD taken all at once (in a.m.) before workout and split up on off days.

Days 1-3 - 20mg P-Plex, 30mg Tren, 0mg H-Drol
Days 4-7 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 0mg H-Drol
Week 2 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 0mg H-Drol
Week 3 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 50mg H-Drol
Week 4 - 40mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 50mg H-Drol
Week 5 - 0mg P-Plex, 90mg Tren, 75mg H-Drol
Week 6 - 0mg P-Plex, 90mg Tren, 75mg H-Drol
Week 7 - 0mg P-Plex, 90mg Tren, 150mg H-Drol


New measurements will be taken tomorrow cold/upon awakening and posted. Pictures have been taken, but will not be posted until the end of PCT, with PCT pictures for similarities/differences.

I will continue changing up my workout, but using the same 10,8,6,6 rep-scheme for the first week; If I run into any problems, I'll try the 3-4set/10-12rep scheme.

I will continue taking supporting supps along with creatine (size-on and jack3d). PCT will last for six weeks in total.

nice man. im sure your glad to be starting pct. i strained my back last back workout and ive had to take more than a couple days off. its getting better but im thinkin about cuttin it short and saving the last 30 pills to run with another bottle of hroid in the future (for a full 4 weeks at 75mg). i just dont think its worth it to keep going(i think ive maxed out str for this cycle). ive gained a ton of str and ive gained around 8 or 9lbs so im happy with cutting it short. ill prob start pct on wed. GL with your pct...ill still be watching!

I started taking Jack3ed and SizeOn today. My pumps were hellacious! I'm surprised I'm still gaining weight during pct; this seems odd. My strength is still positively up, right ankle is feeling better, and my recovery today was excellent.

Below I'll list measurement comparisons. I took recent measurements this past sunday. The measurements were taken 72 hours after last workout and upon awakening.

I'm looking very lean and vascular. I've gained an inch around my waist (the only thing i'm not happy about). My legs didn't grow much, but I suppose it's more muscle now as they look more defined. My arms grew the most size by over an inch. So far, I'm very pleased with these results. I've reached my goals and I'm eager to see how pct treats me. During pct, I will work on keeping/gaining my strength, weight, size, add MORE back width, and shed a few inches off of my waist. All before/after pictures will be posted after pct. Bloodwork will also be done after pct.

Today, my back workout went very well and fast. When it came time to hit biceps, the weights felt heavier. I tried Rack Pulls to strengthen up my Deadifts next week. The Rack Pulls, I thought, were fun. I wanted to load up more weight for my last set, but did not due to the strain in back.

I am really liking the Jack3d and SizeOn stack. My pumps have been good and my strength seems to be holding its own.

I am still taking my supporting supps. Fish oils have been lowered to 3g/day. My joints feel fine, but my right ankle has been acting up again. I will be Squatting on friday, so I will be sure to wrap both ankles tight and put on knee wraps. My nose has still been bleeding - I believe now that it is just a scab that has not had time to heal (only bleeds when I blow my nose hard), but I am still taking many HB's each day. If I don't start cardio this week; I will next week - I will hit it hard until end of PCT.



I dropped .5lbs today. For some reason, I am still shredding up during PCT. I would recommend Bio Forge to anyone and everyone. I will actually be dosing the Clomid different: 50mg X 5 days, 25mg X 10 days. Advanced PCT starts next week at 2 caps/day. Might possibly throw in some sort of fat burner near the end.

yea man...i meant bodyweight. i was up to 224.6 now im down to 221.6 idk why? i dont look smaller and im def not getting weaker. i hit some nice pr's today in the gym for back. ive never lost weight while "on" though.

True. Tren is a little underdosed. I just wanted to end the cycle strong with 90 mg since I'll be off the p plex. I only have 1 bottle of both, but do you think 60mg tren would be sufficient for the whole 6 weeks? BTW, I am 210lbs.

Also, I don't recall you saying why you chose Clomid instead of Nolva for PCT.

well...i decided to start pct today. i just feel it was time to cut it. im alittle disapointed in my weight gains that i made.i did get multiple comments on my size gains(i guess i cant really tell by myself. the only thing i see is my shoulders are def bigger and my back got alot wider) only gained around 5-6lbs....but im VERY happy with the str gains that i have made. im def bigger and my shirts are tighter, and my pants still fit the same before my cycle. i just thought i could have gained more lbm. time to take a loooong break for my next cycle. im thinking its gonna be a tren/pplex or just straight pplex.

good job, bro, and good luck in pct! it's hard to gauge your own gains, esp if you look in the mirror all the time - measuring up would be the best way. you'll for sure like the tren/pp.

Gotcha. My buddy and I were both gonna run a cycle concurrently, so I ordered us both tren; m-drol for him, and p-plex for me. He coped out on the m-drol, so I'll probably send it back and get an extra bottle of tren. I'm scared of it too.

Yea, I guess simply hitting the quote button is just too easy and it confused me...
 
good job, bro, and good luck in pct! it's hard to gauge your own gains, esp if you look in the mirror all the time - measuring up would be the best way. you'll for sure like the tren/pp.

hmm i didnt really get that euphoric feeling that everyone felt off of the t911 this morning. idk why? but about 20 mins after it dissolved i def wanted to hit the gym haha. its just that feeling like damn i wana hit the gym but its an off day.
