End of week 7 reviews:
It's been a fun ride, but this cycle is now coming to an end. I've started PCT today. Week seven brought me more joint pain than the past few weeks, and my right ankle is still hurting. I've put on twenty-four pounds, five of which I'll guestimate are fat, until I get my BF% checked. My body is looking a lot bigger and leaner. Work has prohibited much of my clean, ideal diet during this cycle; I'm completely happy with the results though. I didn't have the chance to get into the gym today, so my workout will continue tomorrow on.
I've set my Bench (335x1) and Squat (500x1) PR goals, but 25lbs off of my Deadlift (425/450)which I think I can still obtain during pct. My other goals were:
1) Pack On More Weight (LBM)
2) Under 10% BF (smaller waist, build lower abs/obliques)
3) Bigger Arms (mainly biceps & forearms)
4) Wider Back
5) More Strength and Size
Results: 0-100% Scale
1) 75% (packed on unwanted fat)
2) 0% (bigger waist, but more defined abs)
3) 95% (bigger and more visible biceps and triceps)
4) 90% (back is much wider)
5) 100% (strength skyrocketed and so did size)
Q: Would I recommend this cycle to anyone?
A: Definitely not to a virgin.
Q: If I could have changed up this cycle, what would I have personally done?
A: Ran the cycle at six weeks - Tren 90/90/90/90/90/90, HD 50/75/100/100/100/100, PP 0/0/20/30/30/40
Also, I would have preloaded a lot more joint supps, and taken in more fish oils along with doubling up on joint supports.
I would have upped the HB's when I upped the HD.
Q: Pros and Cons for me?
A: Pros = euphoria, big gains in strength and size, alpha-male feeling, good aggression as good motivation at times
Cons = minor acne (all the way through), aching joints (during last few weeks), lethargy (off and on all the way through), strange dreams (" "), nosebleeds (during last week), itching (during last 1.5-2 weeks)
Q: How did I dose everything?
A: PP split up evenly, Tren split up evenly, HD taken all at once (in a.m.) before workout and split up on off days.
Days 1-3 - 20mg P-Plex, 30mg Tren, 0mg H-Drol
Days 4-7 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 0mg H-Drol
Week 2 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 0mg H-Drol
Week 3 - 30mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 50mg H-Drol
Week 4 - 40mg P-Plex, 60mg Tren, 50mg H-Drol
Week 5 - 0mg P-Plex, 90mg Tren, 75mg H-Drol
Week 6 - 0mg P-Plex, 90mg Tren, 75mg H-Drol
Week 7 - 0mg P-Plex, 90mg Tren, 150mg H-Drol
New measurements will be taken tomorrow cold/upon awakening and posted. Pictures have been taken, but will not be posted until the end of PCT, with PCT pictures for similarities/differences.
I will continue changing up my workout, but using the same 10,8,6,6 rep-scheme for the first week; If I run into any problems, I'll try the 3-4set/10-12rep scheme.
I will continue taking supporting supps along with creatine (size-on and jack3d). PCT will last for six weeks in total.

aPCT 0/2/2/3/3/3
Clomid taken in the evening, BF dosed @ 2/1/1 nonWO, 2/2WO, and aPCT starting in week 2-6.
Blood work will be taken after PCT.
