When I was dating my last gf, we both got fat eating alot of baby back ribs, french fries and drinking a shyt load of Captain Morgan and coke. I was consuming 4500 calories a day easy. Consequently, I blew up to 235lbs ish. I was huge and weak. We broke up and I changed my life after spending 6 months in a bar. I started running. No strength training at all. Just running, like Forest Gump. I did a triathlon last year.
This year I started weight training again. I'm sitting at 195, 17% BF. Short term goal is 195-200 and 15% BF by the New Year. I'll update my goal from there.
