The creation of moldy cheese simply starts as this, and nothing more, nothing less. Moldy cheese originates from regular cheese when it gets too old and dies, giving birth to a new, more evil form of life: Moldy Cheese. Unlike cheese, who's deliciousness is superb, Moldy Cheese seeks to destroy all who try to consume it. It's moldy badness will kill you from the inside out unless you attack first with milk. Milk is the only weakness to Moldy Cheese seeing as regular cheese is made of milk and goodness and Moldy Cheese is essentially undead, evil cheese.

How to Identify Moldy Cheese
Moldy cheese is often recognized early on by refrigerator-goers by the blue and white spots that form on a piece of delicious cheese. It is because of these spots that allows for the refrigerator-goers to toss out the cheese but, little known to them, this cheese will come back to eat them as Moldy Cheese!!

The easiest way to identify a lump of moldy cheese is to look at it's disgusting massive blob-i-ness and make sure that it has little white hairs poking out of its body. Beware of the fuzzy soft fur, it will dissolve you into matter so the Moldy Cheese can eat you. Moldy Cheese also has two glowing red eyes somewhere, typically toward the top of the green-blue-furry mound.

It is actually more easy to identify Moldy cheese by simply tossing an Emo at them. The undead cheese will eat their Plutonian asses and their miserable lives will be over. Beware when trying to feed a Moldy Cheese, it could eat you as well.

Where to Find Moldy Cheese
You can more than likely find Moldy Cheese in the harsh winter-land that is Canada where they prey on those poor Canadians and Mounties. It is here that is the best environment for Moldy Cheese to grow and multiply for the simple reason that it's cold and it's the biggest thing that's as cold as a cozy refrigerator. Do not be fooled by the Moldy Cheese's white fuzzy camouflage.

Moldy Cheese as a Pet
Although it goes against all regulations and the safety of your bowels, you can have Moldy Cheese as a pet and although it is likely it will eat you in the first five minutes of ownership, go right ahead.

You must first unwrap and expose your cheese to the open air and stick it in the refrigerator. It must sit there for months on end before showing any signs of intelligence. The amount of time depends on the type of cheese. Once you have your baby Moldy Cheese, it will start growing. It is best to feed it at this keen time to make it accelerate. (Refer to Eats). Be sure to make your Moldy Cheese as large as possible (largest on record is about 523 lbs). Unlike regular cheese, Moldy Cheese does not need to be eaten to become active.

Blast! I've been found out!

Updates....

As of last week I dropped down to 90.4kg, but got to the point with long work hours and too many stims that I was getting exhausted.

Went on holiday to Sydney last week - (break from supps) got some deep tissue massages and accupuncture. Ate a lot of seafood, and unfortunately did a little drinking . . . .dancing on a table, fell off and busted my ankle up.. .

I put on 1.2kg (and have a real 'soft' look compared to before) and wont be doing too much cardio for at least a week. Going to still do weights (which dont involve putting weight on my ankle), but pay particular attention to diet.

3 weeks to go . .

Huzzah! At least you went down with a smile on your face? :burnout:

Sounds like a good time other than the fall.

Workout: Chest and biceps. (10-10-10 trisets and 12-8 supersets) Abs

Strength: Moderate

Endurance: Excellent – within an hr window I have no problems fasted training.

Aggression: Moderate – Strong towards end of WO

Libido: None (wtf?)

Skin: Back acne (sucks about PowerFull)

Weight: swinging 92.0kg (was down to 90.4kg)

Appetite: Under control. ReCreate suppression reigns supreme

Sleep: Mixed, but quality

Vascularity: Okay

Comments:

-Back to training after a week off.

- Got some sound advice from Snag – no cardio, so bumped up the reps and sets to keep the heart rate high. This worked to a degree – worked myself to failure at set weights.

-Great workout – a little light on the strength, but happy with movements on the dumbbells and overall pump.

-Trisets: Compound-Isolation-Compound
-Supersets: isolation-Compound

-Certainly soften up around the mid-section – the veins appearing at lower abdomen are less visible.

-I’m not expecting the same rate of fat-loss, so hopefully I can maintain the status quo for 2-3 weeks so I can heal properly.

-Legs are going to suffer – will make them a priority when I heal/start bulk in three weeks time.

- Have some via the magic of Bluetooth. Comments (good and bad) welcome:

that's what'll happen when you shorten rest periods & run super/tri sets!
it's not always about strength!

honestly, you should still be able to maintain some fat-loss with the above approach; cardio is not the end-all for this.

si, good plan amigo.. :bandit:

I imagine Howard Cosell saying that and I can't stop laughing.

Lookin good JP, definately a difference in your pics from the beginning of the log.

Diet is v. tight atm. Just under 3 weeks to go.

Appreciate the kind words SB

I'm subbed in, now I have to play catch up.

Welcome - and welcome any advice!

Weighed myself this morning and down to 91.4kg - so maybe carrying a little water weight from the binging episode (oops!).

Will be happier when I start seeing those abdominal veins start popping out again.

The good news is the swelling in my ankle has greatly subsided, but Im under no illusion that it's going to take time to heal. Will keep moving on it to assist the healing process. :bandit:

Workout: Back/Shoulder/Triceps. (SuperSets) Abs

Strength: Good

Endurance: Excellent – within an hr window I have no problems fasted training.

Aggression: Strong

Libido: Cranking! (The SuperSap Human Tripod Factor!)

Skin: Improving? (stopped taking 1-C)

Weight: 90.8kg (was down to 90.4kg)

Appetite: Under control. ReCreate suppression reigns supreme

Sleep: Mixed, but quality

Vascularity: Cranking!

Comments:

-Ive been testing what exercises are not going to potentially impact on my ankle. Some new some old. Focus on form – reps drop where form cannot be maintained. Also focus on breathing. Rest periods are short – 30sec – 60sec.

- The new regime is a little like the full-body tri-sets I was doing 6 weeks back. Really cranks up the heart rate and tests the endurance.

So I went a little like this:

Seated DB Press/BO Rows
20:12, 16:12, 12:12, 12:12, 10:12

UprightRows//Dips (slightly forward)
12:12, 12:12, 10:12, 8:10, 8:8

Shrugs/Weighted Bench Dips
16:20, 16:16, 12:12, 12:12, 12:12

Back Extensions
20, 20, 20

Hanging Leg Raises
20, 14, 12

Planks (shitty times – forget it!)

. . . and managed some cardio on the X-trainer - took it easy and didn’t impact on ankle (15min)

-Traps, and Shoulders bulging after this – v. happy with WO quality.

- Weight is down to near pre-Binge levels!!! I believe I can manage walking in the afternoons after work, so I think over the last 2 weeks I can lose a little BF%

Made some changes to supps:

Dropped 1-C for a while (actually ran out at work and need to cap some more) Hopefully my skin may clear up.

Stopped taking Anabolic Pump preWO on an empty stomach – was finding high volume work was bringing on a little hypo. Now postWO before BF.

Added in Cordygens – this should complement this style of Workout. :bandit:

I found this one late, but ill be there through the end.

Ankle injuries are tough, but do not rush it. You know that though! Keep it up.

Update!

Coming to the end of this.

Have started light cardio and leg weights this week - the full healing process will probably take another week or so.

Supps running are ReCreate/Bolic/Jack3d

Weight has stabilised around 197-199lb - I don't think I have lost any more fat, but looking solid around the upper back, shoulders.

Will post pics next week at the conclusion

:scared:
I think I just saw a ghost!
Oh no, JKP is back!

We've missed you, man. ;)

hahaha - I've been busy in the Iron Mine my friend.

We've been loading ships and increasing production at the same time - kinda limits my net time, which is not a bad thing.

I'm looking forward to some serious eating when I start my winter bulk

Mmmm, food. I wish we could eat anything we wanted and not feel guilty or gain weight. (Get fat)
Because I love to eat! I just happen to enjoy healthy food, I suppose. I throw up in my mouth when I see someone eating fast food - bleh!

Stay healthy, my friend!

I was brought up eating healthy balanced diet. It wasn't until I started drinking later on than I started eating crap - and looking, feeling like crap.

You are what you eat Iron!

So far so good . . . .

. . . fat-loss not quite where I wanted to be, but plenty happy with the results thus far. . .

Got another two weeks to go.

Weight is hovering around 197lb (~90kg) BF unsure - 14%?

Got a wicked programme lined up:

Split: Shoulders/Legs | Chest/Back | Tri's/Bi's

Week 1-2 12:12 rep supersets
Week 3-4 10:10 rep supersets
Week 5-6 8:8 rep supersets
Week 7-8 6:6 rep supersets
Week 9-10 4:4 rep supersets
Week 11-12 3 rep maxouts

Yeah, it sucks! Believe me, for every half decent shot there is about a half-dozen crappy ones - especially trying to get a back shot! - and I don't have a decent-sized mirror! Last time I asked my brother he was an arsehole about it :dunno:

The back shot is the hardest.. a few of the ones I took for my log were of the shower and a little part of my back the other was a pic of the back of my head and the lights.. it was a mess
