Im 6'1 i think(185cm?) 104-106kg, usually sit round 12-14% BF
Dont do 1RM Cause i train alone due to work
Train in the 5-7 range(prefer heavy/low rep)
Deads 155kg
Chins 15kg weighted's
Squats 170kg( my best genetic body part)
straight Bar curls 60 kg
DB Press 52.5-55kg Dumb bells(training alone prefer the dumbells) My chest is pathetic though, would give anything for a chest.
Should press 40kg dumb bells
There's a few just quickly off top of head, Now before you proceed to go into your speil bout how they aren't that great and how much more you do etc etc, Bear in mind I was NEVER talking bout how tough/strong i am. You seemed to feel the need to bring that up...
All I said, AND WILL CONTINUE TO SAY, Is that It is soft as **** to not drink a supp that would work because of the taste/after taste. Feel free to go ahead an rip apart my numbers and my post, i can see for some reason you are upset. But the PM I been receiving tell me LOTS of people agree with me.
