For a contract to be binding, both parties have to benifit. USP would have to be benifiting from Chuck getting these extractions. In this case, they wouldn't.

So then this isn't a bet, its a finders fee... Even if the price isn't lower, it allows USP a secondary source in case of shortages.

And no I haven't tried either of these and without trying both don't have a valid opinion. Although I have to say I appreciate the fact that USP uses geranamine/1,3-dimethylamylamine from a geranium oil extract rather than the synthesized version. To me there is a qualitative difference between the two, having tried supplements made from each as well as straight synthesized 1,3-dimethylamylamine.

There are so many loopholes in this agreement that any half-a**ed lawyer could get this thrown out of court. I won't disagree with anyone's opinions on which product is better, but I stated a fact, not a matter of opinion.
I'm not going to get too caught up in an arguement here because I have nothing to gain and don't really care which company benifits.
If you can source this stuff as easily as you say you can, do it and publicly embaress Jacob and his company. Your end reputation would be worth the $20,000 in the long run. My guess is you can't.

He came up with the 20k deal if I found a pure compound from a supplier and a guarana extract, it has nothing to do with Jacked versus JP8.

Also I would just like to add I spend very little time thinking about this thread, its funny, mainly because its just A product versus B product. Nothing more. Just the same as this protein versus that protein and which one you like better. I think some of you are 2 wrapped up in it.

People who have used both chimed in, people who have used only one of the 2 products chimed in. That's what happens on boards when people think x product is the best, they want to know if y is better.
