So I'm back from vacation and ready to hit the gym. I'm anxious to see how the no ignite hits me with a week off. Now, mind you I drank a shot ton of coffee on vacation so it's not like I've been on a stim break or anything but it should be interesting none the less.

I really felt good tonight. Extreme focus. Good energy but no jitters. I really like that feeling. The cell shock is giving me amazing pumps. I appear to gain 10 lbs in the gym. That's a great feeling.

This was supposed to be a leg/shoulder day but my low back has been really bothering me and I've been unable to hook up with my chiro so I took the week off of legs. My hams are tight and that's part of the problem so I'm stretching and icing this week. For those who are following but don't know I had a major back injury about 5 years ago. I had 2 bulging discs, L1 and L2 and couldn't even lift my then newborn son. So, it's a disc issue for me but I can work around it if I'm careful. But, I don't let it stop me!
Actually felt really good tonight despite the back issue. Still feeling strong from my week long carb load. LOL. Oh and the rest probably didn't hurt.
Still getting excellent pumps from the Cell shock (and green poo). Great focus from the N.O. Ignite. I may try a stack of Pro Xanthinine with the NO preworkout Friday this week just out of curiosity.
Also, between the Revolution Black PCT, the added DAA and the HCGenerate I've been running for my PCT my libido is ridiculous! I mean almost TOO much. Almost.I'm almost thankful that today is my last day of HCGen. The omission of Fadogia should alleviate it a little I think. That stuff jacks my libido up.

Thanks bro. My arms and shoulders are surely my strong points.
I always say I'm going to rip it down over the summer and I end up not wanting to lose anymore size. Lol at this point I'd like to start bulking for winter. I'm bigger and leaner than last year so I'm happy with the progress. But...of course I would like some more size.

Nice. I don't think I need to maintain single digits to be happy. In fact I don't think I would be happy trying to maintain year round. It's all about balance for me. That said I won't let it go either. I never get crazy and sloppy on a bulk. I just eat more of the same with more frequent but not worse cheats.
I need to work on my pecs still. I have been for a couple of years and trust me...they're way better. Lol My abs need some work. My calves could come up. Ive been working on rear delts to square off my shoulders. Otherwise I'm fairly happy with my balance. My legs are not chicken skinny like so many. I've always worked them and hard.
I could lean out more if I would just make the time for more cardio but I just didn't this year. No excuses. I just didn't do it.
