Looking good Doug, I would like to see you raise your chest up higher in your Most Muscular, don't crunch down on your abs because you are not showing them due to hand positioning so stand just a wee bit taller and only do that by raising your chest a tiny bit. When you do not only with those traps pop but it will frame your chest instead of overshadowing it. Make sure you pull your head back a little to let the light get to your chest to so the striations do not get hidden in a shadow. I can't tell anything in the legs this time due to the shorts but I am sure we have a posing practice coming up where we can have a look at that.

That FDB looks much better here too your biceps look bigger in this one with the higher elbows.

Three words Wheel of Death. I do 3 minutes a week on abs. Three murderous minutes mind you.
That reminds me of what I layed down yesterday. I saw these young guys (pretty fair size) lifting some reasonably heavy weight and I sensed a little attitude about them. I have seen these guys use the wheel from there knees a couple times and I just could not resist. I grabbed the wheel and went close to where they were training and did 15 of the most beautiful WOD you can imagine. I picked up the wheel and uttered while I was walking by "that's where they separate the men from the boys" lol they did not even acknowledge my precense but the attitude was gone. I know I was on an ego trip but it was fun for an old fugger....

Hmmm I like the squirt of lemon idea. You are looking sharp in these pics, this is the most striated I have seen your chest look. Everything is just etched on the abs and obliques shot.
On your rear double biceps rotate your arm towards the back of your head. By that I mean keep the elbows where they are aligned already but rotate your arm so the fist part is towards the back of your head instead of inline with your elbow this will twist the peaks of you biceps up so that the peak is really noticeable from the back and just looks much bigger. Think of it like this you bring you elbows up to the sides and forward a little to get the lats to spread and then just twist the upper arm so it slants toward the back instead of being straight up from the elbow.

I weighed in and was back up to 191 but yesterday was medium carb day and Monday a high carb with the extra carb meal on top. The 190 oin Monday was decarbed. Today is a low day but next weigh in would be Friday after the same scenario as Monday so that could push me up to 194-95. So one weigh in to the next has it's circustances and I am very carb sensitive right now.

Defenitey a winner there. You have those big blocky abs like myself. When they are popping its very impressive.
Very nice...high elbows, legs popping, great vascularity, ab skin looks paper thin, biceps peaked. Much better ole wise ass.

yeah i knew time was getting by me..getting close!
what i want to do right now is maintain 2350cals/day with 2 weekly carb-ups on MON/THUR
other than those carb meals, i want you to drop carbs to ~75g daily going forward (so no more rotation)
i will e-mail with final 2 week course when i see pics of you next week
