Ya I don’t really get very far with a lot of carbs. I really have to force it. Fats are way easier to gain but I won’t progress in real strength and weight past my sticking point of 245 without a lot more carbs. I kind of hybridize both since I don’t think 600 carbs is doable at times. I never have a problem hitting protein macros for the day. Going to at least double my carbs so I can get to 250+Yeah and as you said orals do this to a lot of people, personally I don't get it but then I eat less carbs too. I used to eat 600gr of carbs and now it's around 200. Fats are so much easier to get down and I'm kinda okay with my size now but for someone who wants to grow that little extra, carbs will be a bit better in my opinion. And it's not like you won't grow, just look at arnold that was all about fat diets. Insulin nowadays is what makes us take the next step but without that I think you can get really far with fats.
