is nutra plantes cee a good product??

does any one know if nutra planet cee is good or would u recomend the Creatine Gluconate??

my goal is to put on some weight and gain stregnth..
 
Supposedly Creatine Gluconate is a creatine molecure bonded to a glucose molecule, which helps in absorption via a self-contained insulin stimulator.

Creatine Ethyl Ester is a creatine molecule bonded to an Ethyl molecule, which makes the entire molecule fat soluble and able to enter muscle cells with no insulin at all.

I have just begun using Creatine Gluconate, so I cannot give you a full comparison, but the CEE works very well.
 
Nutraplanet CEE is good quality product which I have been using (haven't dropped dead or grown a tail).

That takes 2-3 weeks.

The CEE is regular CEE do a search. I mix their CEE with Omega CEE Thunder. I love CEE it makes for a great pre workout supp adding strength and endurance with some pretty good pumps.

Bleeck! That CEE is some nasty tasting stuff, I had to cap it but it works good! (Nutraplanet Bulk CEE that is)

I like to mix mine with Crystal Light. The lemonade flavors do pretty well in masking the sour taste.

mix the cee with cran juice, masks the flavor and flushes your system a bit and its good for your urinary system
