Usually I have been more of a forum stalker because there has always been other people who had the same questions as me and I had no need to post. But now I need to. So here goes.
I started a cycle of 1andro and 4ad 5 days ago (AMS hormone regulation kit) and so far I'm not impressed. I did my homework before the cycle. I am not going heavy but instead doing blood volume style training. But so far there has been little if any strength increase. But I would say some of that strength is from merely coming off my diet and increasing carbs again. Also I don't feel anything in terms of improved recovery. Today is my off day and everything is very sore and full of lactic acid from the increased workload. From what I read people say they can gain a good 10-15 pounds on a ph cycle. But I have gained maybe 1 (again probably increased carbs).
Am I taking the PH right? I will take 1ml of 1andro and 4ad about an hour before my workout. I take the liquid under the tongue. But I don't do it exactly like the bottle says (hold 30 seconds then swallow). But instead take it in 4 0.25 doses and hold for about a minute and swallow. This way I feel more is absorbed. Then straight after I finish taking 1andro. I repeat the same with the 4ad. The next dost is 8 hours later about 2-3 hours before bed.
Both of my PH's taste alot like toothpaste too 0_o
In regards to my diet. I am probably on about 3800-4000 calories with high protein and carbs.
From what I can tell I am doing things right. So why are my results piss poor?This is my first PH and I was really excited :grumpy:
