Yeah, that's fine but you might want to drink the whey first thing in the morning and pre/post workout and save the casein for right before bedtime. What type of creatine are you using? If it's mono, take 5g pre/post workout.

That's fine, but make sure that you don't rely on your SUPPLEMENTS to get you to your goals - they should only be supplementing your NUTRITION. In truth, you only really need the Invalid Link Removed.

Recomping success (or lack of it) is primarily dependent on your NUTRITION, so make sure that you have that right.

In case you don't know:
take the weight gainer post workout ONLY
creatine split into 3 doses daily
casein before bed ONLY

whey in the morning, weight gainer post workout, casein before bed

creatine mono 2.5 g pre workout, 2.5 g post workout (assuming you have done loading phase)

Yep. Everyone on here is exactly right. I knew a guy takin' casein after his workouts and when he woke up. Waste of that stuff. Well...not a WASTE, but to get the best out of it, take it before bed. Just don't depend on all that stuff man. Supps are a part of the 20% of the 80% diet, 20% workout saying.

skip the protein powder just eat solid food. Better quality protein and you know exactly what and how much you are getting.
