Agmatine and ArA? No thanks. I did that once on a pull day and I almost had to stop my workout because the pumps were literally too intense.
It's important to remember that agmatine augments insulin release but does not mimic insulin, so its capacity to cause hypoglycemia is very low
What is an ideal daily intake of agmatine? I didnt realise it helped sleep, ill try this tonight. 1g PWO? How much Pre bed? 1g again?
1-1.5 pre workout, 1g before bed
1g before meals for GDA effect
I would not go over 3g daily though

There's one that is long-term (2 years if I recall). I believe it didn't examine neurological impacts, however. Like I said, this is all off the top of the head. I take 1g every day and in the last 2 weeks changed to this. Sleep has been really solid in combination with relora. I notice the difference with the added agmatine as my sleep is really deep.
Has Agmatine got any recovery benifits?
I never agmatine pre-bed, but like the potentoal benefit because I sleep so little as it is. Due to my schedule I eat pretty close to bed, will that negate its effect? I'm currently taking a 2-4 week break from agmatine but will try it when I'm finished. How often do you cycle it?
Didn't notice any effects from agmatine when I tried it.
Pre workout. 3 grams I think.
I've taken it 1-2g for 30 days straight. No effects. One supp I'd never buy again. Citrulline is runner up, I'm giving another tub a chance and if I dnt see a difference I'm never buying that again too.
I never feel a pump on agmatine or l-citrulline...
Beta alanine helps me every single time. I'm always vascular with or without but my muscle and skin feels tighter when I run it religiously. Oh and of course dmz that stuff is just insane.What DOES give you a good pump?
